St. Matthew’s Elementary will be holding their annual Walkathon
on Friday May 6th at Fleetwood Park Trail (15802 – 80th
Avenue). We will leave the school at 9:30am and return by
12:15pm. A pizza lunch will be provided (more information to
follow on lunch ordering), and student activities are planned for the
afternoon (dismissal at 2:50pm).
Students are asked to participate by getting in as many pledges as
possible – please use the pledge form provided. Each week,
students bring in their forms so that a tally can be recorded. Please
encourage your families, relatives, and friends to support this
fundraiser. Please do NOT bring any pledge money until after the
Walkathon is completed.
Our goal this year is to raise $12,000
-- all going towards the development
of the school field!
