 TSA Crumpet machines can make square, rectangle, split shape, round or virtually any shape imaginable.
 Crumpet cooker griddle moulds are up to 1.5 inches thick and require NO OIL for Crumpet release.
 The top browner can griddle cook, grill or emboss the honeycomb top side of the Crumpet to a golden brown.
 An optional corn meal depositor is used to give your product a unique crunchy texture on the bottom crust.
 With the addition of a batter blending system your product can become fruit or other particulate filled Crumpets.
 Servo controlled batter depositing is accurate to +or- 0.3 gm and easily removed from the griddle for cleaning.
 The griddle plates are continuously cleaned by a high temperature brush system located under the griddle.
 Depositor, brush, guards, covers, control panel and exhaust hood are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel.
 The griddle has an automatic ignition, temperature and flame monitoring system for trouble free operation.
 The Crumpet maker is controlled by an Allen Bradley PLC/Servo system and interfaced with a touchscreen.
 All our griddles have a lockable recipe control system, no more manual set point entry or unauthorized changes.
