Teen Night Yoga Teen Night Yoga is for our Teen Night participants between the ages of 13-24 yrs...build skills and relationships. Kettlebell** Touted as one of the most effective and efficient piece of strength training equipment, Kettlebell training has shown to increase strength, power, speed, coordination, as well as core stability. Small group sizes ensure participants get full instructions, corrections to form and motivation. Y Triathlon Club** This program is lead by a certified YMCA fitness professional focusing on the development of triathlon training. The program will consist of training in running, cycling and swimming where participants will gain cardiovascular and muscular endurance. (Some training will occur at our other London branches.) Stroller Bootcamp** This flexible program will give you an hour of time where you and your little one can socialize and sweat together with like minded parents! From strength/cardio to flexibility, this hour will have it all to help get you back on track with baby in tow! Yoga Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
