ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NAPLES, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING
THAT CERTAIN NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY LYING ADJACENT TO LOTS 14, 15,
16, 17 and 18 OF COQUINA SANDS UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 21 and 22, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RESERVING THEREIN AN EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC UTILITIES.
WHEREAS, the owner of the above described property has requested that
said alley be vacated and abandoned since the alley has
been relocated and a new alley dedicated;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the City of Naples,
Florida:
SECTION 1. That the following described property is hereby vacated
and abandoned! as an alley:
That certain North and South Alley lying adjacent to
Lots 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Coquina Sands, Unit No. 1,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
3, pages 21 and 22, Public Records of Collier County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 14 of said
Coquina Sands Unit No, 1; thence along the East line of
said Lots 14, 15 and 16, Northerly 320,48 feet along the
arc of a circular curve concave to the West, radius 3424.43
feet, subtended by a chord which bears North 3 deg. 00'
35" East 320.32 feet; thence along the Northeasterly
line of said Lot 16, Northwesterly 31.54 feet along the
arc of a circular curve concave to the Southwest, radius
20.00 feet, subtended by a chord which bears North 44 deg.
49' 55" West 28.37 feet; thence along the South line of
Yucca Road, East 19.94 feet; thence Southeasterly,
31.53 feet along the arc of a circular curve concave to
the Southwest, radius 20.00 feet, subtended by a chord
which bears South 44 deg. 49' 58" East 28.37 feet; thence
Southerly 326.37 feet along the arc of the West line of
said Lots 17 and 18 and along the Southerly prolongation
of said West line arc of Lots 17 and 18, radius 3444.43 feet,
subtended by a chord which bears South 3 deg. 02' 56"
West 326.23 feet to the Southerly line of the existing
platted alley; thence along said Southerly alley line,
North 73 deg. 11' 10" West 20.38 feet to the place of
beginning.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That GALE REALTY, INC., a Minnesota
corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, does hereby
