The Home/School Partnership Curriculum Newsletter
Autumn Term 2 2015
For our Sensational Start we became artists for the day! Firstly, we made a colour
wheel including primary, secondary and tertiary colours. We also learnt how to create
different tints and shades of colour using black and white on a colour snail. Using our
new skills we painted our own version of Vincent Van Gogh’s The Starry Night which
culminated in a collaborative whole class piece of art.
Did you know white light is made up of the
seven different colours of the rainbow?
