Pre-court searches can be
easier than you think.
The introduction of the Motor Vehicle pre-court search some years
ago presented a great product for those requiring proof of accident
information on any given date. As with all MV search products,
results are better produced when a request is made with accurate
and concise information. It always helps to send in supporting
documentation as well.
KVP is Registry of choice for third year!
The Consumer Choice awards have been announced and KVP
has again won in the Registry category.
We are always proud to receive this award and we owe it all to
our Registry staff, many of whom attended the ceremony to
accept the award. The televised event will air at a future date.

If you have ever ordered a pre-court search and found it to be
frustrating, chances are it was because the information you were after
became archived and was “purged” from the MOVES (MV) database.
The process becomes cumbersome because now you must order the
historical pre-court search. This product has more stringent ordering
guidelines and can take up to 4—6 weeks.
We have one sure way of avoiding this delay and that is simply to
order your pre-court searches sooner! It sounds obvious but it is
surprising how often we see search requests extremely close to the 2
year limitation date. Ordering this late almost always ensures a “notfound” result and of course, the inevitable historical pre-court process.
An information/help sheet is now available for both the pre-court and
historical pre-court searches. This will hopefully give you more
confidence when ordering as well as saving you time and money.

volunteers every year at the Folk Fest and for
the Edmonton Humane Society.

Starbucks! . . . and rumor is, that she talks loudly
and helps keep the flowers alive in front of the
Registry. It’s fine with us because she is one
cool cat. Thanks Jennette, for spreading some
sunshine not only on our flowers but in our
hearts.
