Ex 1) For the equation P = 4s. This formula describes the perimeter of a square "P" as a function of its side length "s"
What is the input variable?
"s" is the input
What is the output variable?
"P" is the output
Rewriting an equation in function form.
Ex 2) Rewrite the equation 3x + y = 4 so that y is a function of x.
