Matthew 5:6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.” You only hunger and thirst for what you don’t have. Jesus has come to fill us up with righteousness – His own righteousness. He is the self-giving Lord whose sacrifice inspires us to be givers, too. O beautiful for heroes proved In liberating strife, Who more than self Their country loved, And mercy more than life! America! America! May God thy gold refine, Till all success be nobleness, And every gain divine!
