Meet the Publishers
Rev. Sam Richmond
Rev. Sam Richmond Jr. is a 26 year born again, Holy Ghost filled man of God. Sam is a 21 year
Law Enforcement and securities veteran who retired July of 2011. Sam has walked through the
real "shadow world" which were both intertwined as a Christian and officer of the law.
In July of 1987, Sam was a 15 year old unsaved boy, but before the night was over, his life was
changed forever. That night was a night that will forever be ingrained in his heart and in his
mind. It was one day shy of his sixteenth birthday. His mother, who was a minister, had asked
him to go to a special church meeting in Flemingsburg, Kentucky with the church’s youth group.
As any young man would, he asked if certain people were going and as God had it worked out,
they were. Sam knelt at an altar of forgiveness on the night of July 9th, 1987 and gave every sin
he had committed to the Lord. From that time on, Sam dedicated his life to the service of Jesus
Christ.
As a young man serving in the Lord’s work, he was given to the call of ministry. He preached in
many different Churches and worshipped in even more. Sam enjoyed many years of that old time
Gospel that can never be brought back. Some of the men of God he has sat under throughout the
years are: Pastor Homer Nolen, Pastor Roosevelt Bowles, Pastor Peanut Hamilton, Pastor Ed
Messer, and Rev. Von Hanshaw. Each of these men made a great impact on his spiritual and
theological life.
Sam has worked with the Continental Secret Service Mansfield Ohio Division for two and half
years, and was rising through the ranks quickly. Rev. Sam Richmond had a detail for hard work
and long hours. Sam was soon ranked up through the Continental Secret Service ranks reaching
Sergeant and Field Supervisor. When there was complications with his oldest son’s premature
birth, Sam moved back to Kentucky to take care of his family. Sam Richmond is a 1995 graduate
of Department of Criminal Justice Training Class 242. Sam’s average in overall Career
Development throughout his Law Enforcement career was a score of 96 percent.

He has been awarded the medal of Valor twice and has citations for Bravery for Going Above
and Beyond the Call of Duty both from the state of Kentucky and nationally. In 2010, Sam was
awarded Advanced Law Enforcement Officer from the Department of Criminal Justice Training
Accreditation Section. He has worked in many facets of law enforcement to include supervisory,
investigative and patrol. Sam has trained in and been deployed in Rapid Deployment, Covert
Operations and High Risk Management. Sam has worked and trained with several different
agencies throughout the United States. Throughout the years, he has successfully negotiated
hostage and suicide negotiations. In 2003, Sam successfully negotiated a juvenile {on a juvenile
hostage situation} at West Carter Middle School. Sam was able to talk the student into giving the
hostage over to him and then successfully negotiate the knife and gun from the hostage-taker
without incident. He has been on many drug and high risk warrant service teams. He was
honored to be on the Olive Hill and South Shore Kentucky Honor Guard.
In July of 2011 Sam retired from law enforcement. He had been fighting an urge, a calling from
God to leave law enforcement for over two years. God awakened him out of dead sleep on a
Sunday morning in 2009 and told him, “It’s time for you to be out and about on your Father’s
business.” At that, Sam was back on track with God’s ministry and was immediately thrown
back into the “Eye of the Storm.”
Rev. Sam Richmond Jr. is an Ordained Minister through the Truth for Youth Ministries out of
Lima, Ohio and has his own Ministry called Freedom Revivalist Ministry.
Rev. Von Hanshaw
Von Hanshaw was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 14, 1970 and was raised in the home of
a Southern Baptist Minister and grew up with a rich heritage of Bible-based values, beliefs, and
worldview. Rev. William C. Hanshaw, Sr. and his wife Eva raised 3 sons in the ways of the Lord
and God is to receive all the glory.
Von Karl Hanshaw, a second generation Minister, was born July 14, 1970, in Lexington,
Kentucky. Ministering the Word under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, he preaches and teaches
God’s Word with clarity and boldness. Von, now 42 years old, began preaching the Gospel at 15
years old. After graduating high school, Von furthered his Biblical education by attending
Kentucky Christian University, Kentucky Mountain Bible College, and several Bible
Correspondence Courses online from accredited, credible, and reputable Bible schools.

During the past 27 years of Ministry, Reverend Hanshaw has served as Senior Pastor at 3
churches, Assistant Pastor at 2 churches, Youth Pastor at 2 churches, Pianist/Organist at 3
churches, and Director of Evangelism at 2 churches. Reverend Hanshaw founded God’s Victory
Ministries in 1989 which is now Von Hanshaw Ministries; he founded The Eastern Kentucky
Citizens For Life in 1999; he founded Strike Force Prison Ministry in 1998; he founded The
Rescue Alliance Network To End Human Trafficking in 2013. From 1993 – 1999, Reverend
Hanshaw conducted Occult Seminars teaching teaching about the evils of Satanism, Witchcraft,
Paganism, and other forms of the Occult. From 1999-2003, Reverend Hanshaw served as a
Police Chaplain having completed 400 hours of training. From 2009-2013 Reverend Hanshaw
has been actively involved in Motorcycle Ministry to 1% Motorcycle Clubs and other type
Motorcycle Clubs.
Reverend Hanshaw co-hosted a daily Radio Ministry in 1990. The daily Living By Faith
Broadcast was heard throughout Central Kentucky with a potential audience of 5 million
listeners. Reverend Von Hanshaw hosted a television ministry in 1994-1999 to a potential
viewing audience of over 1 million. The weekly Healing Waters Telecast was seen locally in
Kentucky on 6 channels. Reverend Hanshaw hosted a daily Radio Ministry in 1998-2002. The
daily Voice of Freedom Broadcast was heard throughout northeastern Kentucky with a potential
audience of 500,000 listeners. Reverend Hanshaw hosted a weekly Radio Ministry in 2005. The
weekly Bluegrass Gospel Hour was heard throughout northeastern Kentucky with a potential
audience of 250,000 listeners. Reverend Hanshaw hosted a weekly radio broadcast in 2011. The
weekly Plain Truth Gospel Hour was heard throughout northeastern Kentucky with a potential
audience of 250,000 listeners.
Von Hanshaw Ministry is known for its anointed music as Reverend Von Hanshaw plays the
piano under the anointing of the Holy Spirit blessing the believers in Christ.
Throughout his 27 years of Ministry, Reverend Von Hanshaw has authored several Christian
books & booklets offered through his ministry as well as the author of a novel, The Appalachian
Syndicate. He has also written several Study Guides and 30 Commentaries on the Bible. The first
issue of the monthly newsletter, Bride of Christ, was two pages and printed in black and white.
The present full color edition is distributed online and throughout the world.

“The Womb Has Become A Tomb”

According to Prolife America, 94% of women who get Abortions regret
doing so later. Did you know that:
 18 days after conception a baby’s heart can be seen beating by
ultrasound.
 8 weeks after conception all the baby’s organs are functioning.
 9 weeks after conception the baby has individual fingerprints.
 10 weeks after conception a baby can feel pain.
 12 weeks after conception a baby can smile.
The Womb of a woman has become a Tomb for 55 million babies. On
January 22, 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court legalized abortion in the
infamous Roe v. Wade decision. As Christians, we need to remember that
what is legal is not necessarily moral in God’s sight. Morality is not
determined by popular or judicial opinion, but by what the Bible says. So I
want us to look at what the Bible says about abortion. I could (and have, in
a public school classroom) argue against abortion without reference to the
Bible. It is a human atrocity. But since most of you accept the Bible as
God’s inspired Word, I want to explain what it says on this important
subject.
Some who call themselves “evangelicals” argue that since the New
Testament does not directly address the matter, we should not be dogmatic
about it. They say that it is a “difficult moral issue,” where we need to allow
room to differ and not impose our personal views on others. Many
evangelical pastors refrain from speaking on the subject because it is

controversial and potentially divisive. And many pastors dodge it because
they have drifted from the Bible as the source of absolute moral truth.
Christian pollster George Barna recently reported that only half of the
country’s Protestant pastors have a biblical worldview, which he defined as
believing that absolute moral truth exists, that it is based upon the Bible,
and having a biblical view on six core beliefs (the accuracy of biblical
teaching, the sinless nature of Jesus, the literal existence of Satan, the
omnipotence and omniscience of God, salvation by grace alone, and the
personal responsibility to evangelize). Southern Baptist pastors ranked
highest, with 71 percent holding to a biblical worldview. Among other
Baptist pastors, it fell to only 57 percent. Other denominations ranked much
lower.
I want to present five lines of biblical evidence for valuing and protecting
unborn children.
1. Human life is unique in that God created us in His image (Gn. 1:2628).
2. The Bible forbids us from shedding innocent blood (Ex. 20:13).
3. Pre-natal human life is fully human and thus precious to God (Psa.
139: 13-16).
4. To view babies as inconvenient to the point of killing them is to violate
Jesus’ view of children (Lk. 18:15-17).
5. To kill babies in the womb in an attempt to avoid suffering is to try to
dodge God’s purposes for suffering (Rom. 8:28).
“Qualified by the Blood” {Part 1}

Hebrews 9:22 - “And almost all things are by the law purged with blood;
and without shedding of blood is no remission.”
Definition of Sacrifice: 1. To make a sacrifice or offering of 2. To surrender
or give up, or permit injury or disadvantage to, for the sake of something
else.
I want to tell you about a man who paid the ultimate sacrifice. A man who
could have had anything He wanted on this earth, or in this earth and all He
had to do was ask for it. He was offered it by someone who could have
given it to Him, but He refused. This man who owned no home (Luke 9:58),
had no way of getting around other than on foot. He had no horse, no
donkey, no camel, and certainly no vehicle. He had no earthly riches and
was born in a manger (Luke 2:16). Do you know of this man I am about to
tell you of? Have you heard His name before? Have you said hello to Him
or spoken about Him to a friend or a neighbor? If you know Him, you know
that every step of His life was a struggle, a sacrifice. That’s right. There
were no mansions for Him on this earth. There was no Rolls Royce or
Lincoln Town Car to haul Him around. He had no jet air plane to hop Him
from one place to the next on His busy schedule. Everything this man did
was in sacrifice for His destiny. It was in line to fulfill the prophecies that
were already hundreds of years old. These prophecies were so correct that
even down to what His name was to be was already spoken from God’s
mouth to man’s ear hundreds of years prior to Christ even being born.

Jesus of Nazareth, the one that would be the Son of Man and who was
asked of God Himself to come here on this earth and die for the sins of
every man, woman, and child. Jesus was to live by the perfect example
and pay the ultimate sacrifice (John 19:16-37). I want to tell you of what
came from that sacrifice that day, but first I feel to ask you about your
calling from Jesus. If you know Jesus and you have been in His promise for
some time, you know He has a work that you have been called to do. This
place in your life, you feel as though you have failed or slipped back from
your calling. You feel as though you are on the back burner of the Gospel.
My friend, I am here to witness to you today that you are not on the back
burner, you have not failed and Jesus is calling you to step up step out and
go out into the calling you know He has called you to do. You hear the
voices inside your head or from those so called Christians that tell you that
you are not qualified! You are not good enough! You have been a horrible
sinner in your day but now, even though you are saved and have had the
call you are too worried about those voices and will not listen to God
because you just are not good enough. Church, let me tell you some
people who were not qualified, who became qualified, because Jesus
made the difference in them! “The Unqualified who Became Qualified”
1. Jacob was a cheater,
2. Peter had a temper,
3. David had an affair,
4. Samson was a womanizer,
5. Noah got drunk,
6. Jonah ran from God,
7. Paul was a murderer,
8. Miriam was a gossiper,
9. Martha was a worrier,
10. Gideon was insecure,

11. Thomas was a doubter,
12. Sarah was impatient,
13. Elijah was depressed,
14. Moses stuttered,
15. Zacchaeus was short,
16. Abraham was old,
17. And Lazarus was dead!

"Back to the 1950s: What’s Wrong
With That?" {Part 1}

War World II Veteran Delbert Belton Who Fought At Okinawa Beaten to Death By
Teens Wednesday, August 21st, 2013
Two recent events in the news demonstrate a radical change in our country
and not for the better, but for the worse. Last week a World War II veteran,
Delbert Belton was beaten to death by two teens. A hero who survived
Okinawa died at age 88 at the hands of violent murderers for no good
reason other than the “thrill of the kill.”

The 2nd event was Obama’s speech where he was lending his support of
the murder of the unborn at a Planned Parenthood meeting. Obama was
recently speaking to Planned Parenthood, the largest promoter of the
abortion of unborn children, and he said the forces against abortion were
trying to take us back to the 1950s. Here is his quote:
"The fact is, after decades of progress, there's still those who want to turn
back the clock to policies more suited to the 1950s than the 21st century.
And they've been involved in an orchestrated and historic effort to roll back
basic rights when it comes to women's health." (Barack Hussein Obama)
How are these two events connected? It demonstrates a total breakdown in
our society of basic decency and morals – even respect for life from the
cradle to the grave.
I got to thinking about a return to the 1950s. That wouldn’t be so bad, after
all. Indeed it was the last generation to grow up in Judeo Christian culture
in America. I’m convinced that my parents’ generation, Tom & Jean Hamm,
born in 1940, and by the way, now married for 54 years, (YEA!) was the
last generation that grew up in a Christian culture in our country. They read
the bible and prayed in schools. Their families gathered around the dinner
table most nights. There were good jobs as our manufacturing industry was
booming. Dads provided for and protected their families. Moms were able
to stay home because the family didn’t need two incomes to make ends
meet. Plus the homemaker was valued as the most important of all
occupations. Children were considered blessings from God, not burdens to
bear. As late as 1960, only 5% of children were born out of wedlock
whereas today’s figure is40%. The Ten Commandments were proudly on
display, and children received spankings when they misbehaved.
The first thing that came to mind when you heard the letters ADD was
Math. The top movie in 1958 was the Ten Commandments starring
Charlton Heston. Business and free enterprise were portrayed positively in
shows like Bonanza with Ben Cartwright. Fathers were portrayed positively
as teachers, providers and protectors of the family in shows like Andy
Griffith and FatherKnows Best.

Today if fathers are lucky enough to make an appearance on a show, more
often than not they are portrayed as buffoons. Shows were largely based
on Judeo Christian values and the good guy usually won in the end. Does
the long running series Gunsmoke and Matt Dylan come to mind? One
might argue and rightfully so that the country was deeply segregated and
blacks faced discrimination. This is sadly true. But did you know that from
1900 – 1960, the black male employment was equal to or higher than
whites in every age category? (Walter E. Williams).
“IF AMERICA EVER NEEDED GOD ……SHE
NEEDS HIM MORE NOW THAN EVER!”

This nation which was founded on religious freedom is now in serious need
of God! I just cannot believe our forefathers meant separation of church
and state to be viewed as it is today.
The scripture says (PS 9:17) "the wicked shall be turned into Hell and all
the Nations that forget God." Does that sound like America today?
We have legalized Gay Marriages, Legalized abortion, legalized alcohol.
(Isa. 5:20) Woe unto those who call evil good and good evil; Please
remember (James 2:10) "The wages of sin is
death."
I just heard a story where the Federal Government stepped in and forced a
photo studio to take a wedding picture of two Gay Men whom wanted a

wedding picture. Freedom you say. I for one believe we are losing our
freedoms very slowly yet very
methodically.
We as Christians need to take a stand and do as the scripture says "As for
me and my house we will serve the Lord."
Moves to take,“In God we trust” off the money, no more Merry Christmas
since we do not want to offend other faiths, no more Nativity
scenes,remove the Ten Commandments from schools, courthouses and
other so called places of justice and higher learning.

THAN EVER"
Hitler would have loved America as she has become today. I wonder how
many babies we have aborted that would have had the knowledge to cure
cancer or other deadly diseases? Or perhaps bring revival back to America.
I don't often quote country songs but there is one that says "If you don't
stand for something you will fall for anything."
WAKE UP CHRISTIANS, TAKE A STAND FOR GOD. The scripture states
we are not to fear those who can destroy the body and after that can do
nothing, BUT FEAR HIM who can destroy both body and soul and cast
them into Hell. Paraphrased (LK. 12:5)
“Blood On Their Hands”

This might sound a strange thing to say, even more when you realize that
the photo shows the Insignia of the Church of Scotland.
Where are they going, if not on the slippery slope to hell?
The Church of Scotland is no longer an effective Christian voice
representative of this once proud Biblical nation.
They have allowed abortions to become law, they have allow
homosexuality to become law, they have allowed same sex marriages to
become law, they have voted to allow gays and lesbians to be ordained
even if they are in a same sex relationship.
They are even pro-Palestine which puts them even more on the opposite
side of the fence from GOD than they were already.
But it is not just the Church of Scotland that has blood on their hands, all of
the major Christian bodies of the world have blood stained hands for
allowing the Governments of their Nations to pass laws similar to the ones
listed above.
Then of course there are the Politicians that have voted in these un-Godly
changes to Statutes and Laws of their land.
“Why though?” I hear you ask.Does that leave them with blood on their
hands?
The blood of the unborn child murdered to expedite the desire of the
women, or to prevent a father from having to take responsibilities for his
sexual actions.
Then there is the blood of ALL the souls lost because of the non-actions of
these supposedly Christian bodies, the souls that will never make it to
heaven because these churches and their leadership turned the other way
as Governments and Politicians removed GOD's Laws and promoted the
works of another Gospel.

Church leader and Politician alike shall one day stand before the Creator
and answer for their sins, sins that will include the changing of laws, and or
standing back and doing nothing to prevent these laws coming into being.
2 Chronicles 7:14 {KJV} - If MY people who are call by MY Name
(Christians) shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek MY face, and
turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven and will forgive
their sins, and will heal their land.
Clearly there is a get out of jail (Hell) card free on offer here, but do not be
mistaken into thinking that this is an offer that is without a time limit.
To those who sincerely believe in the premise that "Once saved, ALWAYS
saved", can I remind you of:
Revelations 3:5 - He who overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white
raiment, and I will NOT BLOT OUT his name out of the Book of Life.
I am just the messenger.
What you do with the information is up to you. But be warned --- time is
short.
"Homosexuality Is A Sin Against The Laws
of God And The Laws of Nature" {Part 1}

Homosexuality is a sin against the laws of God and the laws of Nature.
Around 237 years ago, our forefathers wrote the greatest Constitution ever
written based mainly on the laws of Nature and the laws of God. At the time
the Constitution was written, there were also laws against Sodomy;
unfortunately, not too long ago these laws were struck down by the
Supreme Court of America.
Supreme Courts of men change based only on the changes in public
opinion and slick lawyers. But the Supreme Court in Heaven (where every
person who has lived on earth will have to bow down and confess, Php.
2:11) will never change {Heb. 13:8}!
In this article I'm writing, I pray the Truth will set free those hold captive by
their homosexual lusts {Jn. 8:32}. First, consider the laws of Nature. There
are no male with male animals and no female with female animals doing
sex. Natures God made them to reproduce and replenish the earth, same
as humans {Gn. 1:28}. So from the laws of Nature the truths of Nature's
God are self-evident for all to see and learn from. What does Nature's God
have to say about homosexuality? The Holy Bible has much to say, nothing
good.
To begin with, this lifestyle is nothing new. Two cities, Sodom and
Gomorrah, were destroyed by fire and Brimstone {Gn. 19:24} thousands of
years ago because the Lord could not find 10 good men living there {Gn.
18:32}. In Deuteronomy 23:17-18, homosexuals are referred to as "Dogs",
and even their money was considered an abomination.
Some of you say, "We don't live by the Old Testament now," and you would
be correct to say so. However, it is an example for us just as the laws of
Nature are. There are many more examples in the Old Testament of the
Lord's judgment on homosexual behavior but I will now go to the New
Testament given to us by the blood of Jesus Christ.
It reveals how Jesus handled this sinful lifestyle. He set people free by
casting out all unclean spirits He came in contact with. This lifestyle does
not come from being "Born That Way", but by the Devil and his demons. It's
not a "flesh and blood" problem, but a spiritual problem that can only be
made clean by coming to Jesus for your cleaning.

The apostle Paul received great revelations from Jesus Christ {2 Cor. 12:1}
and he wrote many warnings in Romans 1:18-32 using the laws of Nature
and the laws of God. When women leave their natural use and men lay
with men instead of a woman, there comes a time when the laws of God
gives them over to a reprobate mind that cannot be changed! It becomes
impossible for them to change their lustful behavior {Rom. 1:28}.

“The Prepper’s Edge”

The type of people that have come out of the woodwork in the name of
prepping in the last few years has been coming out of fear. Fear of the
unknown. Some even say it is the fear of government gone awry. I, for one,
am a "Prepper". It isn’t out of fear of the unknown or because of the
government has gone awry. It has been because of a growing concern in
my life that God is leading me down a new road that I am to be ready and
prepared for life and what it has to offer me.
As many of you know, I am a retired law enforcement officer. I have sadly
seen some of the worst things society has to offer. I have seen more death
and ignorance than many will see in three life times. I have seen more
death than many have seen while in combat. I’m not taking anything away
from our proud men and women of combat here, just stating the facts.
I was awakened this morning, August 28, 2013, from a good night’s rest. A
good night’s rest is hard to come by especially when the Lord begins to
work with you. No matter how many times it’s done, when the Lord
awakens you it’s for a good reason. This morning I was awakened to God

telling me about a new article to write. One in which I was to let everyone
know that it’s time to wake up and be prepared for what’s coming soon.
Now to sit here and tell you I know exactly what it is that’s coming would be
a lie. I can tell you what the word of God says and, no doubt in time will, but
for today God has not allowed me the privilege of knowing that far ahead. I
have been told by God for the last three years to prepare. I am an old
Pentecostal, Bible believing man who when told by God to prepare, I begin
to prepare.
The first thing I think is… where do I start and with what do I do? Then it
came to me. As if it were the very words from the lips of Christ, I was told to
prepare through the word of God.
The second was to speak with your family and get your house in order.
Third, was tell my people of the wolves that are at their door. Now I am not
talking about the physical wolves that we might see out in the timber
somewhere, but of spiritual wolves. I set out on my task in doing just that.
Through the gift of discernment, I began to tell those that there were
wolves, changelings if you will, at their door. They were there to steal, kill
and to destroy all that they could here in America, around the world on
every continent and in their homes and lives.
Today, I am beginning this new article to strike at the very heart of these
demons and at their counter parts who are spreading the demonic
doctrines that will flush us right into the arrival of the Anti-Christ. There will
be several different kinds of things spoke about in this article as time goes
by. One month it could be a tough situation to talk about and the next, it
could be about something on canning apples. Just stay tuned and you will
enjoy this article.

God’s Simple Plan of Salvation
My Friend: I am asking you the most important question of life. Your joy or
your sorrow for all eternity depends upon your answer. The question
is: Are you saved? It is not a question of how good you are, nor if you are
a church member, but are you saved? Are you sure you will go to
Heaven when you die?
God says in order to go to Heaven, you must be born again. In John 3:7,
Jesus said to Nicodemus, “Ye must be born again.”
In the Bible God gives us the plan of how to be born again which means to
be saved. His plan is simple! You can be saved today. How?
First, my friend, you must realize you are a sinner. “For all have sinned,
and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
Because you are a sinner, you are condemned to death. “For the wages
[payment] of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). This includes eternal
separation from God in Hell.
“ . . . it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment”
(Hebrews 9:27).
But God loved you so much He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to
bear your sin and die in your place. “ . . . He hath made Him [Jesus,

Who knew no sin] to be sin for us . . . that we might be made the
righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).
Jesus had to shed His blood and die.“For the life of the flesh is in the
blood” (Lev. 17:11).“ . . . without shedding of blood is no remission
[pardon]” (Hebrews 9:22).
“ . . . God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
Although we cannot understand how, God said my sins and your sins
were laid upon Jesus and He died in our place. He became our
substitute. It is true. God cannot lie.
My friend, “God . . . commandeth all men everywhere to repent” (Acts
17:30). This repentance is a change of mind that agrees with God that one
is a sinner, and also agrees with what Jesus did for us on the Cross.
In Acts 16:30-31, the Philippian jailer asked Paul and Silas: “ . . . ‘Sirs, what
must I do to be saved?’ And they said, ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus
Christ, and thou shalt be saved . . . .’ ”
Simply believe on Him as the one who bore your sin, died in your place,
was buried, and whom God resurrected. His resurrection powerfully
assures that the believer can claim everlasting life when Jesus is received
as Savior.
“But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the
sons of God, even to them that believe on His name” (John 1:12).
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
(Romans 10:13).
Whosoever includes you.Shall be saved means not maybe, nor can, but
shall be saved.
Surely, you realize you are a sinner. Right now, wherever you are,
repenting, lift your heart to God in prayer.
In Luke 18:13, the sinner prayed: “God be merciful to me a sinner.” Just
pray: “Oh God, I know I am a sinner. I believe Jesus was my substitute

when He died on the Cross. I believe His shed blood, death, burial,
and resurrection were for me. I now receive Him as my Savior. I thank
You for the forgiveness of my sins, the gift of salvation and
everlasting life, because of Your merciful grace. Amen.”
Just take God at His word and claim His salvation by faith. Believe, and
you will be saved. No church, no lodge, no good works can save you.
Remember, God does the saving. All of it!
God’s simple plan of salvation is: You are a sinner. Therefore, unless
you believe on Jesus Who died in your place, you will spend eternity in
Hell. If you believe on Him as your crucified, buried, and risen Savior, you
receive forgiveness for all of your sins and His gift of eternal salvation by
faith.
You say, “Surely, it cannot be that simple.” Yes, that simple! It is scriptural.
It is God’s plan. My friend, believe on Jesus and receive Him as Savior
today.
If His plan is not perfectly clear, read this tract over and over, without
laying it down, until you understand it. Your soul is worth more than all
the world.
“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his
own soul?” (Mark 8:36).
Be sure you are saved. If you lose your soul, you miss Heaven and lose all.
Please! Let God save you this very moment.
God’s power will save you, keep you saved, and enable you to live a
victorious Christian life. “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is
common to man: but God is faithful, Who will not suffer you to be tempted
above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to
escape, that ye may be able to bear it” (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Do not trust your feelings. They change. Stand on God’s promises.
They never change. After you are saved, there are three things to
practice daily for spiritual growth:


Pray -- you talk to God.
Read your Bible -- God talks to you.

Witness -- you talk for God.
You should be baptized in obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ as a
public testimony of your salvation, and then unite with a Bible-believing
church without delay. “Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony
of our Lord . . . .” (2 Timothy 1:8)
“Whosoever therefore shall confess [testify of] Me before men, him will I
confess also before My Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 10:32).

An athiest was walking along through a forest admiring all that the
“accident of nature” had produced through evolution. A river rippled along
near the dirt path while birds flew overhead and beams of sunlight shot
through the tall Oak trees. All was beautiful.
Suddenly he heard a loud crashing noise behind him, and looking round,
he saw a large black bear come out of the bushes and run towards him. He
turned and ran, but the bear closed the gap. The man suddenly tripped
over a root and fell, the bear closing in, lowering one paw and raising the
other to strike. In desperation the athiest cried" Help me God".
Everything stopped. The river stopped flowing, the birds stopped flying and
there was total silence in that thick forest.
A light shone down onto the scene and a voice said, "After all these years
as an athiest you now dare to call on me for help"? The athiest replied,
"maybe it's too late for me now but can you do one thing for me"?
"What is that" said God?
"Perhaps you could turn the bear into a Christian", said the athiest.
"Very well" said God.
The river and all the other activities began again. The athiest looked at the
bear who slowly lifted his left paw from the man and dropping his right paw,
brought them together, and said, "Thank You Heavenly Father for the meal
You have provided...."

Egypt Declares State of Emergency (Aug. 14): In Cairo, riot police raid
protest camps. They open fire and use armored bulldozers, tear gas,
snipers, and helicopters to clear the camps. Protesters throw rocks and
burn tires in response. More than 500 people are killed, and the
government declares a state of emergency. Mohamed ElBaradei resigns as
vice president in protest of the military's action. President Barack Obama
cancels joint military exercises between Egypt and the U.S. that are
scheduled for September in response to the military's repressive and
heavy-handed tactics. "While we want to sustain our relationship with
Egypt, our traditional cooperation cannot continue as usual while civilians
are being killed in the streets," Obama says. (Aug. 18): The crackdown and
protests continues, as both the military and Mohammed Morsi's supporters
vow to continue their fight. Casualties mount with more than 1,000
fatalities, most of whom are Morsi supporters. Thirty-six Islamic militants in
police custody are killed while being transported to prison on the outskirts
of Cairo. (Aug. 19): Militants kill 24 police officers in the northern Sinai
region. Foreign governments urge the military to use restraint, a plea
largely ignored. While foreign officials deplore the heavy-handed tactics of
the military, they are careful not to imply support for the protesters,
recognizing that the interim government is the only hope for stability. Police
arrest Mohamed Badie, the Muslim Brotherhood's spiritual leader, and
charge him with incitement to murder. Meanwhile, a court orders that
former president Hosni Mubarak be released from prison, calling into

question whether the 2011 revolution would be in vain. Given the turn of
events, all signs indicate that Egypt is headed back to becoming an
authoritarian regime.
Opposition Accuses Government of Chemical Weapon Attack in Syria
(Aug. 21): Opposition groups accuse the Syrian government of attacking
rebel areas in Zamalka, EinTerma, and Erbeen, suburbs east of
Damascus, with chemical weapons. Gruesome, graphic images in the
media show victims foaming at the mouth and twitching and lines of
covered corpses. The opposition say as many as 1,000 people died in the
attack. The government denies it launched a chemical attack. The alleged
attack coincides with the arrival of UN inspectors to Syria to investigate
earlier allegations of government use of chemical weapons.
Several Wildfires Burn in Nearly a Dozen States (Aug. 17): As of midAugust, 34 wildfires are burning in eleven states. There are ten wildfires in
Idaho alone. Idaho residents near the town of Ketchum are forced from
their homes as 1,200 firefighters battle the state's biggest wildfire, which
currently burns across 1,000 acres. More than 2,300 homes have been
evacuated so far in central Idaho. The fire is six percent contained.
As of August 29, 2013 The United States and The United Kingdom are
planning Air Strikes against Syria. Why? Because it has been confirmed
that Syria used Chemical Weapons. Russia and China have warned the
USA and UK of "catastrophic consequences" if Syria is attacked. Syrian
President {Bashar al-Assad} ordered the Syrian military to release
poisonous gas {Sarin} on his enemies in Damascus whereby hundreds of
civilians were ruthlessly killed.

OKLAHOMA CITY – A federal court today struck down an Oklahoma state
constitutional amendment that would have prohibited state courts from
considering what is broadly described as Islamic “Sharia law” and

The federal government is making progress on developing a surveillance

Keep Healthy
Our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit and we need to eat right,
exercise and get proper rest. Put small articles about these things here.
With so much talk of healthy foods and what you should be eating, the
foods that are the worst for us can get overlooked. The reason it’s so hard
to avoid these kinds of food is because the things that make them bad also
make them taste good. Fatty foods typically taste good, so do sweet and
salty ones, which means a lot of the foods you love are likely not the best
things you can have.

Trans Fat. This is the most notorious of the unhealthy ingredients
they put in foods, and has even led for a ban on them in New York
City. Avoiding it is tricky, no thanks in part to the FDA that allows food
manufacturers to say there’s no trans fat in foods, even when there
is. Since 2 grams is the most you should have in a day, allowing
foods with 0.5 gram or less to call themselves trans fat free is a real
problem. You’re best off avoiding trans fat-containing foods
completely.

Fast Food. We all know we shouldn’t eat fast food because it’s bad
for us, but part of the reason is because of all the trans fats and other
additives they use to make the food taste good. The problem is not
just that there is trans fat in the foods, but that the portion sizes
quickly multiply those contents and before long you have a week’s
worth of trans fat in one meal. A large french fry from McDonald’s
supplies 4 day’s worth of trans fat by itself.

Packaged Cookies. Even the beloved Girl Scout Cookies still sneak
some trans fat in, despite a label that says “trans fat free”. You may
be able to justify those because they only happen a few times per
year, but check to see if your favorite store bought cookies are made
with partially hydrogenated cooking oils, chances are they are
including Chips Ahoy and Keebler, although some brands like
Oreos now use “high oleic” oils instead so they can provide shelfstable cookies at a reasonable cost.
4.
Cake Frosting. The cake itself might not have trans fat, but chances
are if the frosting isn’t made from scratch it will likely have trans fat in
it. Duncan Hines Creamy Homestyle Chocolate frosting doesn’t have
much “homestyle” about it. Chances are you wouldn’t be using
partially hydrogenated oils in your homemade frosting. One serving
provides nearly a full day’s worth of trans fat, so you’d better be
extra careful about all of the other food you eat that day.

Should Christians Get Tattoos?

Over in Lev. 19:28 Moses writes, "Do not cut your bodies...and do not mark
your skin with Tattoos." Paul says in 1 Cor. 6:19-20 that a Christian's body
is the Temple, the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit and that we are not to
harm it. The Leviticus text is in the context of not mimicking the local
pagan, heathen religious cults that promoted homosexuality, prostitution
and witchcraft. In Philippians 3:2, Paul condemns those who mutilate their
flesh.
God's Word explicitly and repeatedly commands us who are believers to be
SET APART from the pagan practices of this world system -- and Tattooing
is part of that worldly system. So, I think Tattoos have a Rebellious evil
spirit attached with them and Christians should avoid getting Tattoos.

“God’s Plans For His Children”
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans for
welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah
29:11
Plans – The word “plans” is from the Hebrew root hashav. In this case it is
the noun mahashavah. The verb form “make plans, reckon, account or
think” is used 121 times. There are several different meanings, but they
are all within the context of creating something new. The most interesting
use of this word is found in Genesis 15:6 where the meaning is “impute” or
“account.” In that verse, God counts Abraham righteous – He imputes
righteousness to Abraham as something new and unanticipated.
In the noun form mahashavah, the word means “thought, plan or
invention.” It is used in Genesis 6:5 about the evil thoughts of all mankind,
in Jeremiah about the plans that men follow, and in 2 Chronicles about
creating an invention. Again, the context is about new things.
“I know the new ideas I have for you.” God’s plans are never cast in
concrete. They are flexible, adjusting to our lives as our circumstances
change. It is easy to think that God has only one perfect plan for your life
and that if you make a mistake or sin, the plan will be forever destroyed.
Then you will have to live with second best, then third best and so on each
time you fail to meet expectations. But God does not have one perfect plan
for you. He has one purpose – one goal – that you become all that you
were meant to be through conformity to the image of the Messiah. The
goal never changes. But the plans are new ideas every day. God is full of
surprises. An eternal inventor.
Oswald Chambers said, “Never make a principle out of your experience; let
God be as original with other people as He is with you.” (June 13th, My
Utmost for His Highest) Abraham Heschel would remind us, “Biblical
revelation must be understood as an event, not as a process. What is the
difference between process and event? A process happens regularly,
following a relatively permanent pattern, an event is extraordinary,
irregular. A process may be continuous, steady, uniform; events happen,
intermittently, occasionally. . . . The term “event” is a pseudonym for
“mystery.” An event is a happening that cannot be reduced to a part of a

process. It is something we can neither predict nor fully explain. To speak
of events is to imply that there are happenings in the world that are beyond
the reach of our explanations. What the consciousness of events implies,
the belief in revelation claims explicitly; namely, that there is a voice of God
in the world – not in heaven or in any unknown sphere – that pleads with
man to do His will.”[1]
Consider what this means for understanding our lives. How many of us
actually believe that God can act in our lives in totally unique and
unanticipated ways? Or do we rather turn to the lists for living, guiding our
behavior by extractions and abstractions from His Word or others’
experience. The Seven Habits, The Twenty-one Irrefutable Laws, the
principles of Purpose-Driven whatever, the “patterns of success,” all these
and many more describe God in a box, a God who is no longer surprisingly
creative. The “God in the box” must conform to our experience and
expectation.
There is a very good reason why Heschel says, “to believe is to
remember.” We are called to be witnesses to God’s ways, not examples of
our distillation of His ways. Yeshua healed the blind – never twice in the
same way. The Father is the author of ingenuity. Why should we live as
though all His choices are reducible to our systematic theologies? Mike
Yaconelli wrote a book about serving the dangerous God. He touched on a
theme we rarely wish to consider. God does not conform to our images of
Him. He is full of surprises. Those who expect to encounter the God of
surprises are far more spiritually attuned to His engagement in this world.
The practice of active waiting is a time to remember that God cannot be
contained by our restraints no matter how theologically correct those boxes
appear. Our objective is to let God loose in life, to throw off the
abstractions of our theology and look for the events, to recognize the
absolute uniqueness of His hand, to turn the world of circumscribed
conditions on its head and shout, “Yes, Lord, I am ready for whatever You
wish. Here I am!”
If you took God out of the box of your own expectations, what do you think
would happen? Ah, but don’t give me a lists of answers. That’s the box
you’re in already.

Love of Jesus Ministries in Pakistan
My name is Sonia Farid. I’m a 21 year old single woman living a life for
Christ in Pakistan. I don’t have any children of my own but I do claim and
feed 30 orphans a month through my ministry. I was born into a Christian
family but I gave my heart to the Lord over a year ago. I am a regular
church going fan but I was feeling some weakness in my life. I love Jesus
but was far away from the Lord. One day God chose me to do His work.
Because I listened to His voice in my life God recently gave me his free gift
of the Holy Spirit and gave me the gift of speaking in other tongues so
know I am totally new and rejuvenated in Jesus.
I had a love for Jesus. It was a love that I can’t really explain. I could feel
his pain and the sorrow’s and all troubles he bore just for me and for you, I
could see the blood of Jesus that was shed for the whole world and when I
saw this it changed my life and my thoughts. That knowledge prompted me
to give my life to Him because without His blood protection I can’t do
anything. Jesus is everything to me. My life was like many peoples life

around the world before I found Jesus. It was meaningless. Sure, I was
born into a Christian home but until I had the true calling and I knew that I
had to give my life to Jesus myself, I was lost. As lost as any other sinner in
the world. There was a void in my life. Something was missing and when
Jesus came into my life. I was no longer lost, void of truth or of the Spirit. I
was whole in Christ. There is nothing greater than that feeling in my life.
I was in my little Pentecostal Church one day. I was setting in my church
and the pastor was preaching and I closed my eyes and then suddenly I felt
that Jesus was in front of me and it was His voice I was listing too. Jesus
said, ”I choose you for my work.”
It was as if the bible was opening up to me and so was Jesus. Jesus said
to me, “You don’t choose me, I choose you.” I am so lucky that I’m in Christ
Jesus. At that moment I knew I had a greater calling on me. I knew Christ
had called me into the ministry. I have a mission in life now. This mission,
my mission, God’s mission for me is to be fully devoted to Jesus by
opening our arms to those in search of the truth.
We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. I
believe through our works of charity and opening our doors to listen and to
love we could open Jesus to THE ENTIRE WORLD and for EVERY
CREATURE. We feel that we are walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.
Can you imagine that before the Lord was received up to heaven, He
spoke these very important words to his disciples? And He said unto them,
“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark
16:15). That’s what we here at the Love of Jesus Ministries, Pakistan, feel
we are doing. We are doing this for our part of the world and every corner
with and through the world of technology and ministers like Rev. Sam
Richmond and Rev. Von Hanshaw today through their magazine, The
Voice of the Remnant Church.
At the Love for Jesus Ministry Pakistan, we have incorporated these words
into our central vision … “ALL THE WORLD, EVERY CREATURE.”
Missions, as some call it, is a vital aspect of our walk with the Lord.
Missions can be overseas, in another state, in another country or even in
your own neighborhood. The essence of Christ’s command is to preach the
gospel and to share the redeeming love of Jesus Christ with every
creature, with all the world.

Here are a few things our Ministry is currently working on: Home Ministry,
Sunday Schools Ministry, Sponsor a Child Ministry, Bible Study Ministry,
Conventions and Prayer Meetings, Economic Development Program for
Christian People, Education for all men and women. We are working
especially hard for the girl’s educational program, an elder education
program, people with paralyses and for the blind. I belong to two churches
here in Pakistan. The Salvation Army and the second church is a
Pentecostal church.
Having Jesus in my life has totally changed my outlook on life forever. We
currently have 30 orphaned children that are coming from different areas.
Some only have their moms some have only their dad’s and some have no
mom and dad and we reach out to them by helping feed them. We don’t
have any money to make a personal orphanage building for them. If it
would be in the Lord’s will and He would allow us to have the money to
build one it would be such a blessing for us and to all those children out
there that need it. Our ministry is currently serving 30 orphaned children
just on God’s blessings alone. Because we have not, God provides for us.
We don’t have a lot of donations and because of this we have no
permanent budget. Every part of our savings goes to our missions and up
keep. Knowing that God is in this ministry helping the orphans and other
people here in Pakistan brings the greatest smile on my face and my heart.
I have to say knowing that I am in the will of God and doing what He has
called me to do is my greatest blessing in being a child of God. God is
blessing us every month through my brother’s and my father. Each of them
pay some toward this ministry. Even though it is a very small amount, I’m
praying that giving this interview might help bring the stark reality of
starvation of many of our peoples and our orphan’s gives me hope that
those reading will help in this most desperate work of Jesus.
In 2 Corinthians 9:7 it tell us, “So let each one give as he purposes in his
heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.” Your
