Wild Salmon: All of the wild season is pretty well finished for the year. Except: Coho – Minimal arriving next week as the season winds up. Chum – Still fresh arriving thru the Johnstone Strait. Good meat color/oil content. Halibut: Good supply arriving, with less focus on boats fishing salmon. Halibut season finishes Nov 7th. Talk to your customers about the C2C difference. Quality has been outstanding!!! • We are carrying only Canadian halibut. • Queen Charlottes/Hectate Strait • Small vessels = Shorter trips Oysters/Clams : Good supply on both. Supply may be tight due to storm. Kingfish: Should be good for supply out of the Gulf Red Grouper & Amberjacks: Good supply on grouper. No supply next week on Amberjacks Black Grouper, Yellow Edge Grouper, Golden Tilefish: Supply may be interrupted due to hurricane Blue crab (live): Only HARD SHELL available now.
