CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT/PARKING
OWNER RESERVATIONS
Check-in time begins at 4pm. Check-out time is
11am. Early arrival and late departure requests will
be difficult to meet as we approach the busiest time
of the season. We appreciate your patience and
understanding as our front desk and housekeeping
staff work diligently to make a smooth arrival and
departure process for our guests. Parking permits for
owners will be provided upon request for early
arrivals.
Always get a confirmation of dates when making a
reservation for owner use. Email confirmations are
now being sent prior to arrival. Please note: a credit
card authorization and an ID will be required upon
every arrival. Thank you for adhering to these
policies.
ANNUAL OWNER MEETING
The SMCCA Annual Owner Meeting is being held on
April 22nd at 4pm in the hotel. Please feel free to book
your space available reservations any time. We look
forward to seeing you there.
GOLF MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships on sale now! Purchase by February
15th and qualify for our new three payment plan! Lock
in your membership for just $50. Then pay the
remainder in three installments on March 1, April 1,
and May 1. There are various memberships

YEAR END SUMMARIES
Year End Summaries for tax purposes are available
upon request. 1099’s were mailed to all owners
earning over $600.
SPACE AVAILABLE
Space Available reservations can be made within 48
hours prior to arrival. Space is based on
management discretion and is allowed for owners,
spouses, children, parents, grandparents and
siblings. It is not available for friends or extended
family. Dues and other fees must be current.
FRIENDS & FAMILY FOUR PACKS
This year we are offering two types of four packs.
Midweek/Non Holiday includes four one-day lift
vouchers valid Monday through Friday, excluding
2/20 - 24 for $276. Unrestricted is valid every day
through the 2016-17 Season with no black-out dates
for $340. Boyne Rewards are applied at the ticket
window upon redemption of voucher. No refunds. No
exceptions.

UPDATED CREDIT CARD INFO
RCI/BVC cleaning charges are processed on a
weekly basis upon check-out. Several credit cards on
file have expired or are nearing the expiration date. A
current card is required to be on file to clear the
weekly cleaning fees associated with exchange
deposits. Future deposits will be declined without
updated information. Please contact me with current
information. Thank you.
GIFT CARDS
Pick up a Boyne Resorts Gift Card for any amount
you would like. Buy on-line or get your card by calling
1.800.THE.LOAF. Gift Cards are redeemable for lift
tickets, season passes and at all retail stores at
Sugarloaf & Sunday River.
