between 36” and 48” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders
must sit upright and hold onto the bar. Riders must ascend/descend
stairs at the entry and exit.
Crazy Coaster – Riders must be at least 48” to ride alone. Riders
between 42” and 48” must ride with a supervising companion.
Riders must sit upright with their back and head pressed against the
backrest and hold on to the lap bar at all times. Riders must ascend/
descend stairs at the entry and exit.
Cyclone – Riders must be at least 48” to ride alone. Riders between
42” and 48” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders must sit
upright while holding a lap bar, and have the ability to withstand the
spinning forces. Riders must step up into the ride pod.
Disk’O – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. This is a high speedspinning ride with front to rear and side-to-side forces. Riders must
ascend/descend stairs at entry and exit.
Experience – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. Riders must sit
upright and alone, and be secured in the ride. Riders must step up to
enter the ride vehicle from a sloped surface.
Flying Dutchman – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. Riders will
ascend to a height of over 60 feet and free fall back to the platform.
Riders must ascend/descend enter and exit stairs.
Freestyle – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. This is a high speedspinning ride with front to rear and side-to-side forces. Riders must
ascend/descend stairs at entry and exit.

Techno Jump – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. Riders must sit
upright and be restrained with waist belts and a safety bar which locks
in place. Riders must hold onto the lap bar. Riders must ascend/descend
entry and exit stairs.
Tilt-A-Whirl – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. Riders between
42” and 48” must ride with supervising companion. Riders must sit
upright, be restrained by a lap bar and hold onto the lap bar during the
ride. Riders must withstand strong front to back and side-to-side forces.
Riders must ascend/descend stairs at the entry and exit.
Wild River – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. No single riders.
Riders between 42” and 48” must ride with a supervising companion.
Riders must sit upright, hold on, and maintain torso control. Riders
must ascend/descend entry and exit stairs. It is not recommended that
any child under 5 ride this ride.
Zipper – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. No single riders. Riders
must be secured within the restraint system. Riders must hold onto the
grab bars on the inside of the door with both hands when the ride is
in motion. The rider must sit upright with hands and feet clear of the
lap bar and door. The maximum capacity of each unit is two adults
or children, with a maximum weight of 340 lbs. Riders must step up/
transfer up approximately one foot into a very confined compartment
and be prepared for strong forces from all directions including
becoming inverted.

Insanity – Riders must be at least 54” tall and no taller than 78” to ride
this ride. This high action ride takes you up to 80’ in the air. Riders must
sit upright. Ride is one person per car. Riders must fit within the over
the shoulder restraint. Riders must ascend/descend two or more steps
at entrance and exit.
La Grande Wheel – Riders must be at least 54” to ride alone. Riders
under 54” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders must sit

All concessions on the RCS midway have either accessible counters or
supplemental counters with clipboards for transactions. Employees
are trained to anticipate the needs of patrons, especially those with
obvious limitations. They will not hesitate to come out from behind
the counter to serve you. If there is something that you need, feel
free to ask. Please come to the counter, and an employee will come
out to take your order and serve you. Wheelchair accessible tables
are located throughout the midway. Please see ADA Accessible
Guidelines.

Guest Services Booth immediately so they can be addressed quickly.

FAST PASS PROGRAM
For your convenience we have now equipped all our RCS Rides with
a “Fast Pass Lane” (indicated by black and white checkered flooring
and signs). You can now purchase a pass to skip to the front of the
line and double the amount of rides during your visit. 25% of all ride
seats will be dedicated to the Fast Pass customers. Grab yours today
at any ticket booth. (Every rider must have their own pass. Every Fast
Pass lanyard MUST also have a wristband attached to that rider.)
Fast Pass requires a Funpass or Wristband purchase.

We hope you enjoy your day with us!
The purpose of the Safe Ride Rules and Attraction
Guidelines is to assist all of our patrons in finding the rides or attractions that best suit them. As there are many types of thrills at
the carnival, there are many types of interests and abilities that
our patrons enjoy. Parents, you know your children best. Please
evaluate the rides your child wants to ride and be sure they understand and are able to follow the rules to enjoy the action of the
ride. It is important for their safety that they obey the rules of the
rides they have selected. Parents and/or supervising companions if your children are too afraid, please wait until next year.
Please select rides for them that are within their capabilities and
have them observe the action of the ride before they board.
Parents, if you are not riding with your child and the ride rules/
guidelines call for a supervising companion for your child, be
sure the person you select is capable of supervising your child at
all times. They must explain the rules to your child, and follow
the ride rules themselves. This person must be at least 14 years
of age and meet the height requirement of the ride. All riders,
including Supervising Companions, are required to have tickets
to ride.
ADA guidelines are available at any RCS Guest Service.
Please do not ride our rides if you are impaired by alcohol, drugs,
or any other substance.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
General provisions are health-related and ergonomic advisories
relate to virtually every ride and attraction. Rather than itemize
them individually for each ride they are set forth generally below:
• Please observe all signs and comply with operator instructions.
Please review the height restrictions and ride rules so you can
comply. Some attractions do not allow open toe shoes. Some
rides do not allow single riders.
• Observe the speed, height and motion of each ride or attraction.
Do not participate unless you have the ability to ride safely.
• Food, Drinks and Smoking are not allowed on the rides as well
as sharp or pointed objects.
• Please secure Cell Phones, Keys, Hats, Glasses and all loose
items. You may be held liable for loss or injury to any bystanders
from flying objects you fail to secure. We are not responsible for
lost or stolen articles.
• You know the state of your health best. Be personally responsible
for not participating in any activity that could harm your health
including a heart condition or high blood pressure; neck, back
or bone disorder; nerve disorder, seizure, dizziness or motion
sickness; recent surgery, illness or restrictive medication; or any
other ailment which amusement ride or attraction participation
may aggravate.
• Pregnant women are advised not to participate on rides.
• We do not recommend any child under the age of two participate
on any of our rides. Some additional rides may have other age
requirements.
• Observe and use all passenger restraint devices including
holding on. Please wait for operators to open or close lap bars
or passenger restraints. If you physically cannot be comfortably
restrained or hold on, advise the ride operator and disembark
from the ride. Due to the design of some restraints certain body
proportions may not be able to participate on those rides.
• Secure all fun passes and wristbands as there are no refunds or
exchanges. All riders must have fun pass or wristband to ride.
• Be cautious upon entering and exiting rides and attractions. You
may be light headed or encounter a surface you don’t remember.
• Ask for assistance if ever you need it. A Guest Services booth is
available to serve you, as are knowledgeable carnival employees.

Wiggle Wurm – You must be at least 36” to ride this ride alone.
Riders between 32” and 36” must ride with a Supervising Companion.
This is a circular ride with an up and down motion.

ride and attraction on an RCS Midway. Categories are general. Each ride/
attraction has specific qualifications and rules.
Baja Buggy – Riders must be at least 39” to ride this ride. Riders must
step up into the ride vehicle and hold on. Riders must sit upright in a
small seat.

Farm Tractors – Riders must be at least 32” to ride. Riders must sit
upright. Riders ride alone and entry into the ride requires negotiating
elevated steps. Children only.
VW Bugs – Riders must be at least 32” to ride. Riders must sit upright.

steps. Children only.
Carousel – Riders must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders under 42”
must ride with a supervising companion. Riders must sit upright, and
hold onto the horses. Bench style seats are also available. Riders must
step up and off an uneven platform.
Creep Show – Riders must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders
between 36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders
must sit upright and hold on. Riders must ascend/descend stairs or
narrow ramp at entry and exit.
Dizzy Dragon – Riders must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders
between 36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Ride will
spin while each dragon is self-propelled. Riders must sit upright, and
entry into the ride car requires negotiating elevated steps.
Dragon Wagon – Riders must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders
between 36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders
must ascend/descend entry and exit stairs. Riders must step up and over
to enter the ride compartment, must sit upright and hold on to handle
bar.
Elephants – Riders must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders between
36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders must step
up into the ride vehicle and hold on. Riders must fit in a small seat and
sit upright. Each vehicle holds a maximum of 350 lbs. (Four children or
one adult and two children).
Euroslide – You must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders between 36”
and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders between 3 and
8 years of age must ride with a supervising companion. Riders must sit
upright and must slide feet first.
Fun Train – Participants must be 42” to participate alone. Participants
between 36” and 42” must have a supervising companion. Participants
must walk alone and upright through obstacles such as spinning disks,
shuffling and articulating floors, etc. Participants must ascend/descend
stairs at the entry and exit.
Goliath Slide – Riders must be 42” to ride alone. Riders between 36”
and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders must climb
a moderately steep ramp to the top of the slide. Riders must sit up and
maintain a seated position while riding down the slide feet first. It is not
recommended that any child under 3 ride this ride.
Haunted Mansion – Riders must be at least 42” to ride. Riders must
sit upright and hold on. Riders must ascend/descend stairs or narrow

Motorcycles – Riders must be at least 34” to ride and no taller than
54” maximum rider height. Riders must sit upright. Riders ride alone

Barnyard Express – Riders must be at least 36” to ride. Riders must
fit in a small seat, sit upright and hold on. Riders must step up/transfer
into the train. It is not recommended that any child under 3 ride this
ride.
Clown Glasshouse – Participants must be at least 36” to enter this
fun house. Participants must walk alone and upright. Participants must
ascend/descend stairs at entry and exit.
Groovy Bus Train – Riders must be at least 36” tall and a minimum
of 3 years old to ride. Riders must fit in a small seat, sit upright and hold
on. Riders must step/transfer into the train.
Little Dipper – Riders must be at least 36” to ride. Riders must ascend/
descend entry and exit stairs. Riders must step up and over to enter the
ride compartment and must sit upright.
Mini Bumper Cars – Riders must be at least 36” to ride. Riders
control the action of the cars.
Red Baron – Riders must be at least 36” to ride. Riders must fit in
a small seat, sit upright and step up into the ride vehicle and hold on.
Spider Mania – Riders must be at least 36” to ride and no taller than
60” max.
Survival Island – Participants must be at least 36” and no taller than
ramp at entry and exit.
Kite Flyer – Riders must be at least 42” to ride. Riders must step up
into the kite into a prone position and be flat. Riders must withstand
a spinning ride that turns at a high rate of speed. Each kite holds a
maximum of 275 lbs. It is not recommended that any child under 3
ride this ride.
Mardi Gras – Participants must be at least 42” to participate
alone. Participants between 36” and 42”, must be accompanied by
a supervising companion. Participants must walk alone and upright
on obstacles such as mazes and mirrors. Participants must enter by
ascending and descending a ramp or stairway.
Monster Trucks – Riders must be 42” to ride alone. Riders
between 36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion.
Moscow Circus – Participants must be at least 42” to participate
in this fun house attraction. Participants must walk alone and
upright through obstacles such as barrels, punching bags and moving
walkways. Participants must ascend and descend a short flight of
stairs to enter and exit.
Pirates Island – Riders must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders
between 36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion.
Participants must stand, walk, climb, and slide alone on their backs.
Rockin Tug – Riders must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders
between 36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders
must fit a small seat and sit upright. They must also step up into the
vehicle, and hold on. Participants must ascend and descend a short
flight of stairs.
Silly Sea – Participants must be at least 42” to ride. Participants
must walk alone and upright on obstacles. Participants must ascend
and descend a short flight of stairs to enter and exit.
Super Slide – Riders must be 42” to ride alone. Riders between 36”
and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Riders must climb
a moderately steep ramp to the top of the slide. Riders must sit up and
maintain a seated position while riding down the slide feet first. It is
not recommended that any child under 3 ride this ride.
Surf Shack – Participants must be at least 42” to enter this
funhouse attraction. Participants must walk alone and upright on
obstacles such as moving stairs and floor ways. Participants must
ascend and descend a short flight of stairs to enter and exit.
Zero Gravity – Riders must be at least 42” to ride and must stand
upright and alone during this spinning ride. Riders must ascend/
descend stairs at entry and exit
Zombie Mansion – Riders must be at least 42” to ride. Riders must
sit upright and hold on. Riders must ascend/descend stairs or narrow
ramp at entry and exit.
44” CATEGORY_____________________________
Traffic Jam – Riders must be at least 44” to ride. This is a spinning
ride with front to rear and side-to-side forces. Riders must ascend/
descend stairs at the entry and exit.
48” CATEGORY_____________________________
#16 Ferris Wheel – Riders must be at least 48” to ride. No
single riders. Riders between 42” and 48” must ride with supervising
companion. Riders must assume a proper riding posture without
the aid of another guest during the operating cycle. A proper riding
posture is one in which the rider has their back against the seat and
holds onto the handle bar without assistance. Riders must use the lap
bar as designed (the lap bar must close). Riders must ascend/descend
stairs at entry and exit. It is not recommended that any child under
3 ride this ride.
