stained-glass rosary design. This four-foot hanging lantern is lit
from the inside with 2000+ morphing LEDs. Just as mathematics

face remain the same and like the higher vibrations of life, the
LEDs under the surface will be constantly changing and flowing,
making each moment under Stoicheia unique. Digital stainedglass Stoicheia combines classic antiquity with the state-of-theart technology through the common thread of geometry. In the

In the poem “Rime of the Ancient Mariner”, a sailor kills an albatross
and his ship has a run of luck. His superstitious fellow sailors him and
force the sailor to wear the albatross’s carcass around his neck as
a symbol of his guilt. Thankfully we don’t need to get lost at sea to
draw some insight from this story. We’ll start with a brief speech on
the power of addressing insecurities, doubts, and whatever else we
feel holds us back through manifesting them into something tangible.
Everyone will then be given a piece of origami paper upon which they
can write down all the things they wish they could let go of to become
the best versions of themselves. Anyone willing will be welcome to
share these publicly but that’s hardly necessary. Everyone will then
be encouraged to either leave their crane in one of the burnable
structures or to let it go in whatever way is most appropriate and
cathartic (being sure to reinforce SOAK’s MooP policy). Event capacity
will be capped at 20 people.

An introductory workshop on devil sticks / flower sticks, a flow art /
equilibristic juggling prop that is thought to have originated in China
more than 200 years ago. A set involves three sticks: two “control”
sticks that are held like drum sticks with a third stick - the “baton” which is manipulated in space - balanced, thrown, caught etc. - using
the control sticks. The baton is sometimes longer and may have
cups and tassels on the ends (this affects flow dynamics by providing
rotational inertia). Participants are encouraged to bring their own sticks
if they have them, but I have a few spare sets I intend to bring that
people can use during the workshop if they’re interested but propless.

can lead to deep communication issues. In this workshop we use
Acroyoga to teach healthy couples communication. The emphasis

exploration. This workshop will be most effective for those already
