T-Shirt Preorder Form
Preorder shirts and sweatshirts are discounted by $5.00. These items will also be
available throughout the weekend of the tournament to purchase at full price.
Please indicate how many items by size that your team needs. This form must be
received by mail no later than May 1, 2011. If ordering by mail please send one check
with your completed order form payable to Michigan Jaguars. You may mail your check
and order form to Jaguar Invitational, 31060 S. Wixom Road, Wixom, Michigan 48393.

heavy weight cotton and Jerzee Brand. All items must be picked up at registration at the
Novi Sheraton between 1-8pm on Friday, May 6, 2011. Orders will not be delivered out
to fields. No exceptions!
