Finding Product Prices
One of the most frequently asked questions Segen gets is ‘what is the price of….?’
Segen’s online portal shows pricing of all products in its portfolio (including or excluding your discount), as well as real
time stock availability.
The portal has a number of ways in which you can view product pricing by following the process below.

• Log onto the Segen Portal
• Go to the 'Product' tab on the top navigation bar.
• Click 'Product Prices '
• Click on the relevant Manufacturer Logo
• OR Click on the relevant technology on the left hand side of the screen
• OR Click on the relevant product category on the left hand side of the screen

• All relevant product prices will be listed*.
From here you can narrow your search by:

Show stock availability
o

Reduced price products
o

You can view the level of stock of you specified product that is currently in the Segen warehouse.
Displays product that has had a price reduction in the last month
Bulk pack pricing
o
Some products are available in bulk packs for a significant cost saving. This page gives you an overview
of all these products.

Advanced search.
Narrow your search further by putting in the specifics of the product you are looking for.
Generic Search Button
At the navigation Bar at the top of the Screen click ‘Search’
If you enter a quote/order code, shipment number, product part number, description or manufacturer and press search to
find all matching records.
Please be aware, that although this is an intelligent function, if you key in an incorrect number or not enough information,
the search may not work.
*Prices shown are inclusive of discount but exclusive of VAT.

To show prices excluding discount, click ‘see all prices without your discount’ highlighted in blue at the top of the product
pricing page.

To show expanded details of all products displayed, click ‘Display expanded details’ highlighted in blue at the top of the
product pricing page.
