listed on this form. If you would also like to be able to transfer redemption proceeds directly to your bank account by ACH or wire, please be sure to fill out

Neither the Funds nor any of their service contractors will be liable for any loss or expense in acting upon any telephone instructions that are reasonably believed
to be genuine. The Funds will use reasonable procedures to confirm that telephone instructions are genuine, including requesting that a shareholder provide
information about the account. If the Funds fail to use reasonable procedures, the Funds and/or their service contractors may be liable for losses due to fraudulent

• I have the authority and legal capacity to purchase mutual fund shares; I am of legal age in my state and I believe each investment is suitable for me.
• I have received, read, understand and agree to the prospectus of each Fund in which an investment is made.
• I understand that this account will automatically have the exchange capability with the other Green Century Funds described in the prospectus and that

I understand that for joint accounts, “I” refers to all account owners, and each of the account owners agrees that any account owner has authority to act on the
account without notice to the other account owners. The Green Century Funds, at their sole discretion and for their protection, may require the written consent
of all account owners prior to acting upon the instructions of any account owner.
Under penalties of perjury, I also certify that: (1) the Social Security or Taxpayer Identification Number on this registration form is correct; and (2) I am not
subject to backup withholding because (a) I have not been notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that I am subject to backup withholding, or (b) the IRS
