1. I hereby transfer the right to publish the aforementioned publication on the University of Potsdam
Publication Server (and thus to make the document available on the internet for public use) to the
University of Potsdam – represented by the Publications Department of Potsdam University Library.
2. I assure there are no legal impediments for online publication of the document or any other issues
(copyright- or license-wise) that might infringe rights of third-parties. In case of failure I am obliged
to notify immediately the operator of the Publication Server. Furthermore, I exempt the University of
Potsdam from any claims of third-parties.
3. Potsdam University Library is entitled to make the aforementioned publication available to other
libraries, archives or aggregators aiming at further distribution and/or digital long-term archiving of
