Heat sources
One of the greatest benefits of the belt dryer is its use of low-temperature heat sources, which are frequently available as
waste heat.
• Lowest temperatures from 30°C can be used reasonably in the belt dryer
• Multi-stage heating circuits are in use in the belt dryer
Usual heating medias are for example:
•Hot water from cogeneration (CHP, ORC)
•Hot water from flue gas condensation
•Low-pressure steam
•Thermo oil

Quality – made in Germany
The core of our philosophy is in-house production just in time of our plants with permanent quality checks by qualified
and trained staff. We focus on a high vertical range of manufacture in order to respond flexibly to customer demands. Our
production process begins with the raw material, which is processed with CNC-controlled machine tools. A specific feature of
manufacturing is based on the low-welding construction; this guarantees a modular, extendable structure of our drying plants.
The materials which are used are stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized material - which makes subsequent painting as
anti-corrosion protection entirely unnecessary.
Service is a major emphasis at our company. A continuous and reliable operation of the drying plant is the precondition for
economic success. The STELA service team is on the move all the time to be directly on the customer’s site. A well-sorted
spare parts store and our high vertical range of manufacture guarantee shortest reaction times.
