Overnight Cinnamon Vanilla Steel Cut Oats
(serves 4)
Ingredients:
Steel Cut Oats, 2 cups
Cinnamon, 1 Tbsp
Chia Seeds, 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 Tbsp
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a QUART size plastic bag, lay flat and freeze.
2. The night before you want to eat the oats for breakfast, spray slow cooker with oil of choice. Add 4
cups of milk of choice (almond, soy) AND 4 cups of water. Add contents of bag.
3. Cook overnight on low.
4. Stir well before serving.
