Botanical
Botanical concentrate is a minimum risk pesticide
antimicrobial* (bacteriostat / fungistat), cleaner and
deodorizer for all remediation, decontamination, restoration,
general cleaning and maintenance jobs (mold, fire, water,
sewage and biohazard cleanup) in residential, commercial,
institutional and industrial properties.
Where to use - Areas for use include homes, rental properties, professional offices, public and government buildings,
schools, child care centers, nursing homes, hotels,
restaurants, cafeterias, fitness centers, grocery stores, food
storage facilities, distribution centers, barns and kennels.
Botanical is suitable for hard, semi-porous and porous
surfaces including: finished and unfinished wood, laminated
surfaces, stone and masonry surfaces, asphalt surfaces,
painted or sealed surfaces, tile, metals, glass, fiberglass,
composites, plastics and vinyl. Uses include such items as
restoration equipment, personal protection equipment and
within construction materials like HVAC, plumbing, flooring,
roofing, siding, fencing, walls and structural substrates.
Rinse after use on all food contact surfaces.
Product Preparation - Dilute 1 part Botanical concentrate
into 2 parts Water (42 ounces Botanical concentrate into
86 ounces of Water to make 1 gallon of ready-to-use
product). Pre-clean surfaces to remove soil-load. For
extremely heavy soil loads and build up on surfaces,
pre-cleaning with an alternate Enviroguard product may be
necessary.
Application - See MSDS for personal protection
recommendations. Apply ready to use solution using nearly
any coarse sprayer. Only apply if surface, air and product
temperatures are between 40°-120°F.
When Cleaning is Complete
Finish the job with one of the Enviroguard protective
coatings or sealers for long-lasting results.

To Clean- Apply ready-to-use product to surfaces prior to
wiping, vacuuming or extracting from surfaces.
*To Inhibit and Deodorize- Wet surfaces with ready-to-use
product to the point of run-off by sprayer, mop, brush, cloth
or sponge. Allow to dwell and air-dry for 10 minutes at room
temperature. No rising or additional wiping is required.

Fire Restoration: Wet surfaces to the point of run-off by sprayer,
mop, brush, cloth or sponge. Heavily soiled surfaces may require
brushing or agitation. Remove gross and suspended soiling with
HEPA vacuum, wipe methods, rinsing or other IICRC approved
methods. Prevent cross-contamination of Botanical solution by rinsing
soiled wipers with a second “dirty water bucket” prior to continued
cleaning. A second application of Botanical on semi-porous surfaces
may require overnight dwell times to eliminate odors and any residual
soot.
Biohazard Cleanup: Wet surfaces to the point of run-off by sprayer,
mop, brush, cloth or sponge. Heavily soiled surfaces may require
brushing or agitation. Remove gross and suspended soiling with
HEPA vacuum, wipe methods, rinsing or other IICRC approved methods. Prevent cross-contamination of Botanical solution by using new/
clean wipers prior to continued cleaning. Contaminated wipers should
be disposed of immediately following biohazard cleaning procedures.
Equipment & Disposables: Wet surfaces to the point of run-off by
sprayer, cloth, sponge, brush or mop. Wipe or rinse to remove gross
and suspended soiling. Complete all cleaning within containment and
under negative pressure and before returning equipment to storage,
vehicles and/or before moving items through non-contaminated areas.
Storage & Disposal- Do not reuse or refill empty containers. Store at 40° - 120° F. Container is recyclable.
