part of our business.
We wanted you to introduce you to three ways in which we are supporting education:
1. Our Fundraisder Program, in which the school gets 15% of all sales
generated at your school event
2. Our “On the Job with Chuck E.” program where we allow students to
practically experience what it’s like to work at Chuck E. Cheese’s

FUNDRAISING: Turning FUN into FUNDS!!
The Chuck E. Cheese school fundraising program is designed to be as turn-key possible, to eliminate some of
the stress typically experienced with school fundraising. We also believe this event gives students, teachers and
parents an opportunity to interact outside of the daily routine. To help make your school’s events a success, we
provide online tools to help promote your event. We will also drop off to your school two weeks prior to your
event token stickers redeemable for 10 free tokens for each enrolled student and a coloured poster to promote
and advertise your event.
Free Teacher Meal And Ticket Blaster
Chuck E. knows that these nights are about raising funds for your school, but we think it’s also a great way to
honour our eductaors while enjoying a night of fun and school spirit. Because we value your time and
dedication, we invite all teachers to show their school spirit by enjoying our exclusive teacher deal. That’s a FREE
meal and a competitive trip into the Ticket Blaster against your fellow teachers during your school’s event.
You will receive an individual one-topping pizza OR a trip to the salad bar AND a soft drink.
Here are some promotional tips to help make your Chuck E. Chees’s
Fundraising Night a Success:
• Notify all teachers and parents by reproducing and distributing
flyers before your scheduled event
• Remind teachers of the FREE meal and Ticket Blaster offer during
this event to help encourage teacher participation
• Remind students through PA announcements
• Have a safe and fun Chuck E. visit to your school! This is an excellent way
to get your students excited about your school’s event!
FIELD TRIP EXPERIENCE: “ON THE JOB WITH CHUCK E.”
We believe that children can learn while having fun, and that we can create that opportunity for your students!
The “On the Job with Chuck E” program teaches students life skills and allows students to learn how a
restaurant operates though a facility tour, as well as get hands-on experience in production (making pizza) and
hospitality (setting a table and serving their classmates). The field trip also includes food and entertainment for
the kids so they also have some fun!
Specifically, the program is 2 hours in duration and includes:
• The educational experience described above, supervised by trained Chuck E. staf f
• Two pieces of one-topping pizza per child
• One drink per child
• 16 game tokens per child
CHUCK E. REWARDS PROGRAMS
Chuck E. Cheese’s will provide templates for tracking “right choices and behaviours”. After students have
consistently performed in these areas, they will be given coupons entitling them to 10 free tokens at the store.

In May 2012, Yay! Entertainment Ltd.,, a Trinidad & Tobago company, acquired the rights to develop Chuck E.
Cheese’s restaurants in Trinidad & Tobago and opened the first restaurant in Brentwood, Chaguanas in July
2014. Another restaurant was opened in the C3 Centre in Corinth, San Fernando in July 2016.
The Restaurants
Brentwood, Chaguanas
The CEC restaurant in Brentwood, Chaguanas can facilitate 525 persons with
parking for 120 cars. Additional parking if required can be accommodated. The
venue, with a total area of 13,000 sq. ft. has over 3,000 sq. ft. of play area and
the restaurant is deep cleaned daily as well as real time and maintained to
international Chuck E. Cheese’s standards.
Our restaurant is flexible and is ideal for corporate parties, a venue team building
event, hosting of charitable organisations and activities and so much more.
The venue can also accommodate outdoor activities
where a section of the car park can be used for a variety of
complementary outdoor activities such as rock climbing,
bouncy castles, electronic rides, petting zoo, etc.
Additional complimentary activities such as a toddler zone,
craft zone, face painting, bouncy castles, popcorn and
cotton candy machines and characters such as Santa
Claus and elves can be made available inside as well. We
can even provide gifts at competitive process that have
been safety approved by Chuck E. Cheese’s International.
There are 65 games and a SkyTube crawler. Games are
organised by the age group they most appeal to and cater
to kids 2-12 yrs. old. Tickets are dispensed from games
according to the skill displayed, and these tickets can then be redeemed for prizes at
our merchandise counter. Every kid’s a winner at Chuck E. Cheese’s! The CEC mascot, Chuck E. Cheese
himself, makes an appearance every hour to dance, take pictures with the kids and give away additional
tickets.
C3 Centre, San Fernando
The C3 location is approximately 15,000 sq. ft. and is home to approx. 95 games plus our new Kiddie Bumper
Cars. It can accommodate approx. 625 guests but unfortunately does not accommodate outdoor activities,
as it is part of a large, retail complex.
Safety
At CEC we want to ensure that you and your family can relax and enjoy all that we have to offer so before you
get to all the food and fun, you will enter through our Kid Check® area. Every member of a party, adult and
kid, gets a unique UV hand stamp that is verified upon their exit to ensure that families who come together
leave together.
Food
Our menu offers a variety of kid-friendly food such as pizza,
ciabatta sandwiches, chicken wings and fries, as well as a
40+ item salad bar, coffee and desserts for the adults.
Nothing is fried at Chuck E. Cheese’s and all pizzas are
made fresh to order.
