How to Re-Enroll in Online Banking with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) on your Mobile Device This guide will walk you through the process of setting up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for your online banking account. Please note that if you have more than one account that you access with various logins you will need to repeat the process for each account. 1. Clear the cookies from your mobile devices browser. From the App login screen click> “View full Website” it is a black text link located below the green Log In button and social media logos. 4. This will open a mobile browser window and load the firstchoiceamericacu.org homepage. 5. From the home page locate the Online Banking box in the upper left hand corner of the screen. 6. Enter your User ID and click>Login 7. Follow prompts from the system to start the Multi Factor Authentication re-enrollment process. Select and image and enter a phrase. A. Next enter a Your Passphrase you will remember every time you log in. B. Choose Your Image, by clicking on the Click here to change image link located to the right of the default image. C. Once you have selected both your new Image and Passphrase, click on Next. Select three different Challenge Questions and answers. A. Use the drop down menu to select Challenge Question > Type your answers in the space provided. Repeat for the remaining two questions. B. If you wish to register the computer you are currently using, select the "This is a personal computer. Register it." option. If you don't register the computer with which you log in with Online Banking, will randomly question you when you sign on in the future. C. Click Next when you have completed these steps. Confirm the Multi Factor Authentication account settings you entered. A. If everything is correct choose Finish, otherwise select Back to change your settings or Cancel to stop the enrollment process. After completing the Multi Factor Authentication process you will be taken to your online banking homepage where you can access your account 24/7! No further steps are need.
