Pannotia Malbec is crafted using hand-selected grapes from the finest vineyards
in the Mendoza region of Argentina. Mendoza is located in the rain shadow of the
Andes Mountains where the climate is dry and temperatures consistently warm so
grapes can be harvested based on ripeness rather than weather. The stable climate
also means consistent quality and flavor, year after year.
This full-bodied Malbec has a bright violet-like red color. An intense nose is followed
by aromas of red fruit and fresh vanilla notes with flavors of plums, berries, black
currant and hints of pepper. For optimum flavor, serve chilled between 59º - 62º.
Pannotia Malbec pairs well with pizzas and pastas or serve as an aperitif with a
cheese and cold meat platter.

source, the famous Mosel Valley, where the River Mosel meets Germany ’s
Rhine River. This picturesque valley with precious soil, steep slopes and cool
climate is home to late-harvest grapes. It is these grapes that give this wine
fragrant, fruit-driven and elegant flavors. Classic Mosel Riesling characteristics.
Each glass of Pannotia Riesling reveals an exotic fruit fragrance and plentiful
aromas in the nose with lively fruit flavors and pleasing silky textures on the
palate. This refined, subtle and elegant style wine has a low alcohol content of 9%.
Pair this Riesling with a wide variety of foods. From traditional Southern fare,
Cajun or TexMex to spicy Thai and Indian dishes. Pre-dinner, serve this delicious
wine with assorted cheeses. Pannotia Riesling is best served between 45º - 50º.
