Pangaea Travel and the delegate.
Services are directly rendered from Pangaea Travel to the delegate themselves.
All accommodation and flights will be pre-paid by each delegate before departure in $AUD minimising the cost of transaction and
foreign exchange fees.
A credit card will need to be provided to each hotel upon arrival for additional room service, internet, transportation or any other
expense not covered by this agreement.
