Elgin will illustrate how these principles can be applied across strategic management of a Key Route Network, and, to deal with the impact of mega-projects such as HS2. Elgin have recently integrated real-time traffic disruption data into their services, enabling seamless, real time views of active streetworks and other incidents that are having an impact on the road network. @ICEGSWM REGISTRATION LINK @icewmgs Keith joined Warwickshire County Council in 1992 having worked for 10 years for British Rail.12 years ago he was appointed Warwickshire's Traffic Manager at the inception of the Traffic Management Act. He oversees the whole of the Warwickshire road network (3,850km). In addition he manages the Rights of Way team maintaining 2,800km of network, in addition to 105km of unsurfaced non classified roads, and the Highway Search enquiry service for the Authority. He is Chair of the West Midlands Joint Authorities Group and the West Midlands Shires and Unitaries Traffic Managers group. Richard is an engineer and chartered transport planner with 23 years’ experience within public sector transport and highways. Richard has previously worked at Leicester City Council, Chester City Council and ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK Cheshire County Council. He joined Elgin in 2011 following three years as Head of Network Strategy at Cheshire West and Chester Council.
