Contractual Agreement:
Law’s Country Kennel agrees to exercise reasonable care in regards to the handling and boarding of all animals. Reasonable care shall similarly be exercised in feeding
and housing all animals and in keeping quarters safe and clean.
Owner acknowledges and agrees:

Animals may be taken off the premises to receive veterinarian care if, in the judgment of Law’s Country Kennel, an emergency trip is deemed necessary. In
such an event, Law’s Country Kennel shall have the right to seek any veterinary service which, within its discretion and judgment, is deemed advisable.

Owners with older dogs, or those requiring special attention, shall be charged for any additional service (such as grooming/bathing) which, in the judgment
of Law’s Country Kennel, is deemed necessary in order to maintain an appropriate level of care for the animal.

There is inherent risk involved with the handling and boarding of animals, and owner hereby agrees to release and hold harmless Law’s Country Kennel and
its employees, representatives and contractors from and against any losses, liabilities, claims and/or damages, including but not limited to, disease, death,
escape, theft, fire or other unavoidable cause, associated with the animal or its care, boarding or other services provided while at Law’s Country Kennel
unless same results from the negligence or willful misconduct of Law’s Country Kennel.

Full payment for services rendered is due within thirty (30) days of discharge. Charges will be made regardless of time of arrival. Any animal picked up
before 11:00 a.m. will not be charged for that day.

Owner shall be liable for any and all costs and expenses (including attorney fees) incurred by Law’s Country Kennel for collection of past due accounts.
Owner represents and warrants:

That he/she is the legal owner of the animal, and that title to the animal is not mortgaged in any way.

To the owner’s knowledge, the animal has no dangerous propensities or abnormal propensity to cause the harm.
