A water noodle is used for resistance. Back Class (2): Designed for clients with back injuries and chronic back pain. Non-impact cardiovascular workout using water noodles to increase endurance, strength and range of motion. Stretching/Aerobics (3): Non-impact class includes stretching, range of motion exercises and strengthening. Aerobics (4): Low impact aqua aerobics includes jumping, running and toning exercises to increase strength and endurance. Includes cardiovascular workout. It involves jumping, running and toning exercises to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and stress relief. Alternate Classes: Aqua Yoga and Instructor's Choice. People at Easter Seals Easter Seals clients are people of all ages. Their disabilities may be permanent or temporary, physical or developmental. Disabilities may be genetic or caused as a result of an accident. Lap Swim: Ropes are placed lengthwise for lap swimming. Open Exercise: Time is allowed for individual exercise programs. No swim space available. Pool Pal Program: For a minimal cost a pool rehabilitation specialist will assist you during a personal aquatic exercise program. Ask about days and times. Please Note: The pool opens at 7:00 AM and closes promptly at 6:30 PM Weeknights, and opens at 8:00 AM and closes promtly at 1:00 PM Saturdays. Individual Exercise: May also be done during all class hours – space permitting. The Facility closes at 7:00 PM Weeknights and at 1:30 PM on Saturdays. Numbers denote increased levels of difficulty (1 low – 4 high)
