Tastee Apple Fiber Powder is made by removing the juice from the
apple flesh and skin by a natural pressing process that retains pectin
and flavor. The remaining apple solids are then dried and ground
into uniform particles size.
Because it flows and blends exceedingly well, Tastee Apple Fiber Powder
is an effective anti-caking and anti-sticking agent. An excellent carrier
for liquid, it also improves bake volume. Tastee Apple Fiber Powder
can also be used in conjunction with polydextrose in frozen products.
