CBAR is not anti-development Public Parks Public Schools Transportation Edge Communities Excellent parks are required for livable communities and to distinguish Bethesda as a local destination city. School overcrowding exists today and will accelerate. Montgomery County must retain its reputation for excellent schools. Downtown Bethesda roads and public transit cannot handle aggressive overdevelopment. CR zoning is not appropriate for residential roads. Heights and densities must scale down from the core.
