Finding Intel® Server Product
Information Easier
Tip for using Intel.com and Search
“I cannot find server product information!” and “Make it easier for me to find server product
information.” We have heard you and have simplified finding information for you and your
customers.
With so many Intel web resources available (ARK, Intel® Server Configurator Tool (SCT), Intel
Customer Support, Intel® Technology Provider site, IntelServerEdge.com, and Intel.com) where
is the best place to start? Intel.com.
Start with Server Product Pages on Intel.com
Here you will find all the resources you need for any particular SKU or product family such as
product comparison tables, detailed product information, and positioning. From here you and
your customers can get to detailed technical specifications (ARK), compatible Intel products
(ARK), customer support (ICS), sales and marketing enablement resources (IntelServerEdge),
Tested Hardware and Operating System Lists (THOLs), begin a server configuration (Server
Configurator Tool), and the Intel® Technical Provider site.

Tips for getting around Intel.com
Knowing how to get to the Server Product pages can greatly simplify and shorten your
information search.
1) Recommended: Use the
Global Navigation available at
the top of all pages:
Select ‘Menu’, then in the first
column select ‘Products’, then
click ‘Server Products’.
Next, in the far right column
select from: Server Boards,
Systems, Chassis, and RAID etc.
At the appropriate collection
page you can filter or use the
table scroll bar to move down
futher in the table to find the
SKU you need. Clicking the sku
will take you to the product
page.

2) Or use Search. Search can be helpful if you already know the product code you want to get
product details about. Put the term into the Search box. Helpful suggestions will be offered.
Select the appropriate option.
The Search results will bring up a variety of content types. Look for a web page icon
next to a link.
The product page is typically on the first page of results.
Now go check out Intel.com !
