Clarifications to queries received by email (as of 05/08/2016):
1. As per the Project provisions, the zinc coated wire mesh d=4mm shall have the height of
3m, while the manufactures have 2m-high wire mesh only.
Question – is it permitted to execute the fencing by using two wire meshes of 2m+1m.
Answer: It is not permitted. The facility specificities and the security requirements for such
categories of facilities impose the requested specifications, i.e. whole zinc coated plates made
of wire rod of d=4mm, length=2,5m (equal to the distance between pillars) and height=3m.
2. Chapter 2. Repair of premises for locating the Control Point, line 24 – New support layer
for flooring made of concrete B15, 100mm, floor thermal and phonic insulation layer made
of extruded polystyrene G =40kg/m3, thickness=50mm, mortar support made of cement
M 100-T, 3cm-thick, with fine plastering; this Normative does not include concrete B15
and layers made of extruded polystyrene.
Question – Shall these be included as additional lines?
Answer: Chapter 2, line 24, Repair of premises for locating the Control Point, the cost per unit
of measurement, besides the works covered by the Code, shall include the cost for executing a
layer of concrete B15 and a layer of extruded polystyrene as it is required by the Technical
Specifications.
3. The Bill of Quantities for the Security System CCTV, video surveillance with closed circuit,
Chapter 4. Equipment. Crit. 32 stated: Software with all the fittings, type TRASSIR IP.
Question – Is it paramount to use Software of type TRASSIR IP only? Could we offer a
similar trademark?
Answer: It is possible to offer any other Software solution that meets the parameters
required by Technical Specifications and is compatible with the integrated Surveillance
System proposed by the Bidder.
4. The Technical Specifications, same Chapter, stated: Software TRASSIR IP, 25 pieces.

Question – Is it meant Software with 25 channels?
Answer: The Bidder should provide any solution that ensures proper/efficient operation of the
Security System CCTV with 25 camcorders as per the Technical Specifications.
5. The same list for the Security System CCTV, Chapter 4. Crit. 34 stated: 3,5 HDD 4,0 TB
(surveillance HDD) – 35 pieces
Question – Where will these 35 pieces be installed?
Answer: 35 Surveillance HDDs are intended for the storage of information recorded by the
video Surveillance System both for real-time and back-up records. The Bidder shall feel free
to suggest a solution for the placement of these 35 HDDs and storage of information in the
most efficient way: either as a server component or as a separate storage unit.
Romanian version
1. Conform prevederilor din proiect plasa din sîrmă zincată d=4mm trebuie să fie de
înălţimea 3m, dar producătorii dispun de maximum 2m înălţime.
Întrebarea – dacă se permite executarea gardului din două plase de 2m+1m.
Răspuns: Nu se permite. Specificul obiectului și cerințele de securitate pentru obiecte de
această categorie impun specificațiile solicitate: foi întregi din plasă zincată, confecționate
din sîrmă cu d=4mm, cu lungimea de 2,5m (egală cu pasul între piloni) şi înălțimea egală cu
3m.
2. Din capitolul 2 Reparaţia încăperii pentru amplasarea punctului de control poziţia 24 –
Strat suport nou pentru pardoseli din beton B15, 100mm, strat termo şi fonoizolant a
pardoselilor din polisteren extrudat G =40kg/m3, gr. 50mm, suport mortar – ciment M
100-T, 3cm grosime, cu faţa driscuită fin, acest normativ nu include beton B15 şi stratul din
polisteren extrudat.
Întrebare – De inclus ca poziţii suplimentare?
Răspuns: În Capitolul 2, poziția 24, Reparația încăperii pentru amplasarea punctului de
control, în costul pe unitate de măsură, în afara lucrărilor prevăzute în cod, trebuie de inclus şi
costul executării unui strat de beton B15 și a unui strat de polisteren extrudat cum este indicat
în caietul de sarcini.
3. În lista cantităţilor de lucrări a sistemului de securitate CCTV, supraveghere video cu circuit
închis, la capitolul 4. Utilaje Nr. crt. 32 este indicat: Soft ware cu toate acesoriile, de tipul
TRASSIR IP.
Întrebare – Este un lucru foarte important ca Softul să fie de marca anume TRASSIR IP?
Sau putem oferi o alta marcă asemănătoare?
Răspuns: Se poate oferi o oricare altă soluție software, care să corespundă parametrilor
solicitați în caietul de sarcini și să fie compatibilă cu sistemul integrat de supraveghere propus
de către ofertant.

4. În caietul de sarcini tot la compartimentul dat este indicat softul TRASSIR IP 25 bucăţi.
Întrebare- Se are în vedere un soft cu 25 canale?
Răspuns: Ofertantul poate prevedea oricare soluție care să asigure funcționarea eficientă a
sistemului de securitate CCTV cu 25 de camere video, precum este indicat în caietul de sarcini.
5. În aceeaşi lista a sistemului de securitate CCTV, cap 4. Nr. crt. 34, este indicat 3,5 HDD 4,0
TB (surveillance HDD) – 35 buc.
Întrebare – unde vor fi instalate aceste 35 de bucăti?
Răspuns: 35 de HDD-uri sunt destinate stocării informației înregistrate de sistemul de
supraveghere video, atît înregistrarea în regim real, cît și înregistrarea în regim back-up.
Ofertantul este liber să propună o soluție de amplasare a acestor 35 bucăți de HDD și de
stocare a informației, în modul cel mai eficient, fie ca parte componentă a serverului, fie ca
unitate separată pentru stocare.
