University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign(6/13/2013)- New research finds that physical fitness can enhance learning and memory in children WHY USE PLUS 5 FITNESS? • It’s a great way to add more exercise into the school day and sets a tone that fitness is important. • It’s a good way to teach children the importance of daily exercise.
