I have also prepared draft guidelines under chapter 4, part 2, sections 116 and 117 of the Act, which are contained within the Minister’s Guidelines and Rules. Copies of the draft guidelines and rules are available for inspection and collection free of charge from the Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning at 1 William Street, Brisbane or online at www.dilgp.qld.gov.au/planning-reform. Any person may make a written submission about any aspect of the draft guidelines and rules. The submission must be a properly made submission under the Act to be accepted.
