It’s Almost Winter Concert Time!
Dear Parents,
Our holiday concerts are right around the corner and the students are very excited to perform
for their family and friends! Here is a list of the concert dates and times for each grade and what they
should wear:

Ugly Sweater Contest for
Faculty & Staff Members
❅ Faculty and staff members can wear an ugly
holiday sweater to school this day.
❅ We will take pictures and have a poster board
at Culver’s for students to vote on the ugliest
sweater!
❅ Teacher or staff member with most votes will
win a prize!
Voting will ONLY take place at Culver’s - not
during the school day.
Ice Cream Party for Class
with Largest Turnout
If you dine in, be sure to come
check in at the Booster Club table so
we can keep track of how many students from
each class show up. The class with the
highest student turnout will earn an ice cream
party during class (date of party to be
determined).

SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB
(NO SNOW TUBING)
January: 9 - 16 - 23 – 30, 2017
February: 6 – 13, 2017
OPEN TO ALL 2 – 8TH GRADE
Students will take a bus from school to Wilmot Mountain at approximately 3:45 pm
Lessons to start at 4:30
All parents MUST be at Wilmot Mountain by 5:30 p.m. or have another adult chaperone there for your child
by that time. When arriving, please check in with club coordinator (Mrs. Phillips) so everyone is accounted
for. Club coordinator will be on site until 7:00 p.m., should any issues arise.
ALL GRADES
LESSONS: 4:30 – 5:30 (approximately) HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE FOR ALL LESSONS
FREE SKI: 5:30 until Close. (Parent determines time)
DINNER: On your own (average cost for meals $8 - $12.) (You can bring your own food.)
PRICES: (ski or snowboard)
Lift Ticket ONLY: $30/week
Ski & Snowboard Rental ONLY: $16/week
Helmet Rental: $5/week (required for everyone for all lessons)
Lessons ONLY: $5/week
LIFT, SKI/SNOWBOARD RENTAL & LESSONS $306/6 weeks ($336 with helmet rental for 6 weeks)
SEASON PASS HOLDERS: TRANSPORTATION ONLY: $42
(if lessons are needed – additional $5 per week -- $10 if helmet rental is also needed)
NO DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED THIS YEAR.
SKI & SNOWBOARDS are not allowed on morning busses – they can be dropped off at school office and kept in secure location
THIS IS A WINTER SPORT!! Please dress your child accordingly. Snow pants, jacket, hats,
gloves/mittens. NO SCARVES that hang below length of jacket – they must be tucked into coat!!
We will try and make up any cancelled ski club dates. Reasons for cancellation: extreme bitter cold temp or
wind chill (Below 0) or lack of snow on hills. We WILL ski/board in cold weather, snowstorms and
rainy/damp weather. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED SESSIONS NOT ASSOCIATED
WITH A CLUB COORDINATOR CANCELLATION.
