BETA GAMMA EPSILON CHAPTER
ENHANCED MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The Enhanced Membership Program recognizes chapter members for their participation in
events advancing the four Hallmarks of Phi Theta Kappa. This non-competitive awards program,
sponsored by the chapter, offers direction for increased member involvement in Society
programs, promoting personal growth, and leadership skills development.

_____Attend a third Beta Gamma Epsilon chapter meeting
_____Participate in a chapter fundraiser
_____Serve on a committee or assist with a chapter event
_____Contribute to the Bugle Newsletter, the Buckeye Regional Newsletter, or chapter website
_____Participate in a Beta Gamma Epsilon chapter Service activity
Four STAR Level:
_____Attend a fourth Beta Gamma Epsilon chapter meeting
_____Volunteer to assist with an induction ceremony or new member orientation
_____Attend an Ohio Region convention or an event with another chapter
_____Attend a second chapter sponsored Scholarship activity related to the Honor Study Topic
_____Participate in a second Beta Gamma Epsilon chapter Service activity
Five STAR Level:
_____Attend a fifth Beta Gamma Epsilon chapter meeting
_____Serve as a committee chair or take on a Leadership role in planning a chapter event
_____Campaign for chapter, Regional, or International office, or assist an officer candidate
_____Attend and the Annual Convention, Honors Institute, or three Ohio Region conventions
