Produce PV Ribbon Wire
Principle：Makes the flat copper wire process clean, hot dip tinning, cold
down, become the PV Ribbon Wire.
2 Feature
：
High Speed、High Productivity、Lower Tin Loss.
Low rate of melting of copper、Low Scrap of Tin, almost didn’t have scrap.
Plated thickness could be control, evenly thickness, surface is smooth, no tin
slag ,pinhole-free，good straightness. Product quality is stability
PLC/Inverter/Servo motor/ Man-machine interface control，Simple
operation and easy maintenance, equipment reliability. High C/P value.
Operators streamlined, single operator can easily charge 2 high-speed
tin machine. The operator’s needful is lower than traditional machine. Costeffectively reduce

7.Notice
Set up condition：
Location of installation requirements Mixed for the land surface。
Make sure install space is enough.
Minimum of space require：13m(L) x3m(W) x5m(H)。
The location should be easy to exhaust and drainage。
Clean air environment。
Power, air compressor’s joints should be easy to connect。
Power Supply：
This machine is three-phase system, check the voltage and
frequency are consistent with this

Precaution：
Makes installation location clean.
Confirm the adequacy of work space
Remove all obstacles in the vicinity of the machine
Avoid moisture, dust and hot places

When connecting power, ensure that all power is disconnected
Provide a stable power supply, or to prepare regulator
Power in the open after installation, remove any dangerous obstacles
