UAA Catering is pleased to provide this Shoestring Catering.
Shoestring Catering is a low-cost, no-frills segment of Flavours Catering
which is ONLY available to:
 Student Government
 Residential students & senate and Registered Clubs with Greek Life
and Student Life and Leadership
 Registered student groups for the enhancement of student social life
on campus
In order to qualify for Shoestring prices, these guidelines need to be
be followed:
 Order placed at least ONE week prior to the event
 Food request MUST come from the Shoestring menu
 A signed and authorized requisition or other form of payment must be
received THREE business days prior to the event
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed within 48 hours of the event are NOT
eligible for Shoestring pricing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
 All table, chair and trash can set ups are scheduled through Conference
services if needed and is an additional price.
 This menu is for PICK UP only and disposable serviceware is not
included. Serviceware can be added at an additional cost pp
LABOR & DELIVERY COST
There is a standard delivery/set-up fee of $20.00 for deliveries made during
regular business hours (Monday thru Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.).
Pick up orders are available for NO ADDITIONAL FEES
SPECIAL ORDERS: If the Shoestring menu does not fit your needs, we
will gladly work with your approved group to accommodate your food and
budget requirements. Please contact the catering office at 751-7492
