TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter
and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes retailers, retail
employees and their immediate families within Manning Mall.
3. The competition commences on 6th February, 2015 and closes at 12noon on 13th February, 2015.
Winner will be notified by 5pm on the 13th February, 2015 via Facebook. The Judge’s decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or
guardian.
5. There will be one winner at the conclusion of the competition. The winner will receive the following;
 1 x 1 dozen roses (valued at $99) to be picked up on 14th February, 2015.
The prize is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferrable.
6. To enter, customer’s must simply ‘like’ the official Sunnyside Florist facebook page, then
respond to the competitikon post on the Manning Mall Facebook page with their answer to the
following question ‘In 25 words or less, tell us why you would like to win a dozen red roses for your
Valetine!’. (www.facebook.com/pages/Manning-Mall/263900370434504) between 6th February
and 13th February, 2015
7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but
not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of
taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Tthe entrants’ details may be used for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by the promoter and its associated parties unless the
entrant has indicated otherwise. Manning Mall takes seriously its obligation to safeguard personal
information regarding its customers. A copy of Manning Mall’s Privacy Policy may be viewed at Centre
Management (Taree Central) or to request a copy please call Centre Management.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time subject to written directions
from state regulatory bodies.
