1. Director of Research and Evaluation, Center for Community Support and Research at Wichita
State University, Wichita, Kansas, June 2009 to present.
Duties: Coordinate research and evaluation activities of CCSR; supervise Senior Researchers,
Research Associates and Research Assistants; oversee research and evaluation design,
implementation, analysis and reporting/dissemination; oversee writing and submission
of research-oriented grants; serve as facilitator on non-research projects as appropriate;
participate in other CCSR teams as assigned; serve on the CCSR management team
which is responsible for overall strategic planning and management of operations; other
duties as assigned.
2. Civic Leadership Coach, Kansas Leadership Center, Wichita, Kansas, October 2010 to
October 2011.
Duties: Provide one-on-one, multiple session coaching to participants in Kansas Leadership
Center programs related to making progress on their selected civic issue.
