SWIMMING POOL RULES, REGULATIONS AND REGISTRATION FORM
These rules are for the benefit and protection of all pool users. They have been established to assure safe and sanitary operation and use of the
facility and enjoyable recreation for all Franklin Township residents. The Pool Manager has authority, as do the guards, to enforce the following rules
and to restrict use of the pool and patio facilities to those individuals who refuse to abide by them. Children must be potty trained to swim in the
pool. Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Visit the Recreation Page on the Township Website at

I understand that by sending my child 12+ to the pool without an adult guardian gives them my permission to leave at will.
All children are to be picked up by 7:45pm. Late pick up will be assessed starting at 7:46 pm and charged at a rate of $2 per minute.
Late fee charges are paid at the Recreation Office prior to returning to the pool in the future.
I hereby authorize the Franklin Township Department of Parks and Recreation to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical
attention.
