For the maximum performance of your vehicle or machine, correct greasing is
important. By greasing regularly with the right quality and correct amount you
can prevent damage, repair costs and unnecessary downtime. Greasing by hand
costs time and energy but with a Groeneveld automatic greasing system you´re
ensured the right amount of grease is present across all operating conditions,
therefore the vehicle or machine is greased optimally and protected against
pollution and moisture.

Groeneveld developed several grease types under its proprietary brand name,
GreenLube - for use in its automatic greasing systems. The balanced formula
of GreenLube gives a number of unique properties. By using GreenLube in
combination with the Groeneveld automatic greasing systems, the warranty will
be extended.
Which grease is considered suitable?
GreenLube greases: proven quality
Greases used in automatic greasing systems must meet several
important requirements, such as:
The balanced formula of GreenLube gives a number of
unique properties:
• easy to pump, even at low temperatures
• highly water-resistant
• keeps its properties in the severest conditions
• provides good protection against corrosion
• doesn´t contain any heavy metals
•T
he grease must be highly homogenous. Oil and soap should
not separate, not even under high pressure or when they
have been in the system for a prolonged period of time.
•T
he grease is often pumped over substantial distances
through thin tubes, where it is subject to significant
alterations in temperature. Nevertheless, it must remain easy
to pump at all times.
Especially for the food-industry, Groeneveld developed a
biodegradable grease, the FM-0 grease.
All greases are available in 18kg, 50kg or 180kg barrels.

he grease must have good ´lubricating properties´ and
prevent metal-to-metal contact even in the severest
conditions (EP value). Also, it must be able to create
protective films and provide sufficient protection against
corrosion
