PREMIER KITES COUNTER ROTATING BOX KITE Step 1: A Unroll kite and separate Struts by size (12 Large Struts and 12 Small Struts). Step 2: Note: with all Struts inserted, Sails will be pulled taut Point Pocket slip through hole in Sail Sail insert into hole in Hub Step 3: Point Pocket Strut pull Point Pocket over capped end Begin assembling one of the smaller Inner Rotating Hexagons by taking a Small Strut and inserting uncapped end through hole in Sail, then into hole in Small Hub. Secure by pulling Point Pocket over capped end of Small Strut. (diagram A) Repeat for remaining struts to complete first Inner Rotating Hexagon, and repeat entire process to assemble second Inner Rotating Hexagon. NOTE: The last Strut of each Hub will be difficult to fit into hole, as Sails will already be stretched very tight. You may find it easier to slide last Strut through hole in Sail and back into Point Pocket first before attempting to insert uncapped end into Hub. This is not a manufacturing defect; the final Spoke of each Rotating Hexagon can be inserted. (diagram B) B assembly instructions Hub Assemble the two Outer Rotating Hexagons the same way, noting that the last struts in the Outer Rotating Hexagons will need to be stretched very tightly to fit as well. significant pressure must be put on sail to fit final strut in Hub Center Rod Inner Rotating Hexagons wind direction for launch Step 4: Attach Line to Bridle at end of Center Rod, and your Counter Rotating Box Kite is now ready to fly!
