Salon Size:
Salon measures 20' (6.10m) wide x 15' (4.57m) long x 8' (2.44m) high.
Color:
Exterior walls are Chocolate Pear Laminate. Interior walls are Beige Laminate.
Lighting:
15' x 20' Salon includes two (2) track lighting bars with six (6) 6000K LED 12 watt
fixtures each. Additional lights can be added. Please refer to the Track Lighting
Order Form.

Showcase Option:
Showcase Measurements:
• One (1) 70" wide x 63" high x 20" deep (glass front window between metal
frames).
• Viewing space is 691/4" wide x 161/4" high x 187/8" deep.
• Top track doors are 323/8" wide x 14" high. If you are planning to decorate the
interior showcase doors, be sure to leave a 1/2" perimeter uncovered around
doors so they can easily slide and close in tracks.

• 6000K LED lights - 175 watts

• One (1) 70" wide x 39" high x 20" deep glass front window.

• Note: Two (2) tracks with four (4) lights in center of salon and two (2) tracks

Decorating Interior of Salons: All materials or adhesives must be removed from panels, showcase shelves and showcase doors
at close of show. Any remaining materials or adhesives will be removed at an additioanl labor cost to the exhibitor.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a weight limit of 50 lbs. for each 1m wall panel.
SALON BOOTH PACKAGE:
• One time vacuuming prior to show opening
• Daily trash removal (please leave your wastebasket outside your booth at close of show each day)
• One (1) Wastebasket
• Twelve (12) Wynn Hotel Ballroom Chairs
• Two (2) Tables (please complete the Salon Package Table Order Form by May 9, 2017)
• Two (2) Track Lighting Bars with six (6) 6000K LED 12 watt fixtures each
• Electrical for the showcases and the lights in each booth will be included. Any other items requiring electricity in the Salons
will require an electrical order to be placed with Freeman. Please refer to the Freeman Electrical Order Form.
• Custom sign plaque with company name and booth number in Couture Type font
Note: For 2m low showcases only, there will be one (1) track with four (4) lights in center of salon and two (2) tracks with two (2)
lights each placed behind sign plaque above low showcases.
