Housing Board Posting Guidelines Stetson University College of Law maintains a physical bulletin board and online listings of local housing-related opportunities. The following guidelines apply to this effort. Permitted Postings The only postings allowed on the board will be for housing-related opportunities. Prior to a listing being placed on the board, the listing must receive a date stamp and the approval for posting from the Office of Residential Life. Postings may not be larger than 8 ½” x 11”. The Office of Residential Life reserves the right in its sole discretion to (a) decline to accept or place any listing; (b) reduce the size of any posting to conform to size requirements; or (c) edit or remove listings at any time. Duration of Postings Listings received at any point during the month may remain until the end of the month. At the end of each month, the individual placing a listing can request that their posting remain for another month by providing an updated ad via email to [email protected] When Listing No Longer Available The person who requested the posting is responsible for notifying the Office of Residential Life when the opportunity is no longer available. Upon notification, the Office of Residential Life will make reasonable efforts to promptly update the board and online listings.
