An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Australia’s most successful public interest and pro bono law organisations.
Justice Connect is a not-for-profit organisation with a vision of a world that is fair and just; where rights are respected and
advanced, laws are fairer, and systems are more accessible and accountable.
Justice Connect pursues this vision by providing access to justice through pro bono legal services to people experiencing
disadvantage and the community organisations that support them. We also address injustice through law reform, policy
work and legal education. Our unique contribution to this vision is to partner with pro bono lawyers to develop and
strengthen pro bono capacity and strategically match this with unmet legal need.
As a result of our current Executive Assistant being appointed to a new internal role, we are currently seeking an Executive
Assistant to actively support the Chief Executive Officer in all areas of her work across governance, management and
leadership.
As the Executive Assistant you’ll make a real difference to people seeking access to pro bono legal services by helping to
ensure the organisation is run effectively and efficiently. You’ll be a key point of contact for our stakeholders including our
Board and the legal community, and you’ll be a vital support to the CEO.
If you are an experienced Executive Assistant with excellent communication, interpersonal and public relations skills we
would like to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very committed team who share your vision of a fairer
society.
