Full Service Catering Contract
Deposit
A deposit is required on all Full Service Events, 30 days prior to your event.
Finals
Fourteen Days Prior to your event, we will need:

Payment
Payment in full is required five days prior to the event in secured funds. All of
our pricing is subject to a 18% service fee and 6% sales tax. The 18%
service fee is not gratuity, Gratuity is optional. A 3% telephone convenience
fee is assessed to all credit card orders.
Buffet Time Limitations
In compliance with the Health Department’s regulations, Food can be left out
for no more than two hours. Any food left in the chaffers or on the buffet will
be taken back to our facility and packaged up for the Salvation Army.
