PRESENTATION DAY 2015
Dear Parents
Cherrybrook Public School’s Presentation Day will be held at Cherrybrook Technology High School on
Tuesday 1 December 2015 commencing at 10.00am.
All students are required to attend and will be travelling to Cherrybrook Technology High School by
bus at no cost to parents.
You may still place your child’s lunch order through Flexischool. The canteen will be open as normal at
lunch time only.
Parents of students being presented with an award will receive notification of their child’s involvement.
Students receiving an award will not be informed until Presentation Day to maintain the element of
surprise.
Parents and friends of all students are most welcome.
Please note:
 Students will be travelling to the venue by bus and will need to arrive at school prior to 8:55am.
 Parking will not be available in the car parks of Cherrybrook Technology High School. Parking is
available in adjacent streets.
 Children are expected to be in full school uniform. School uniform includes traditional black leather
school shoes as this is a special occasion.
 Students will be seated with their class and will, at all times, be under the supervision of their class
teacher.

2015 PRESENTATION DAY PERMISSION NOTE
(Please return this permission note to your child’s class teacher by Friday 20 November)

the Annual Presentation Day ceremony at Cherrybrook Technology High School on Tuesday 1
