Creating Your Own Personal Fitness Program You will need to create a two-week fitness program that you are going to try to follow. This is worth a test grade!!!!! Things to include: -Fitness Goals -Warm Up, Workout, Cool-down -F.I.T.T. Formula • Frequency (how many days a week) • Intensity (how hard you plan to work) • Time/duration (how much time per session) • Type (what activities are you selecting) -Overload and Progression Formats (Choose One): -Paragraph/Journal Entry Format: Explanation of your fitness program; then, documentation of your progress -Graphics: Create a fitness chart; then, fill in blank chart of your progress -Other: any other creative way you can present your fitness program and record your progress is acceptable (must be approved by the teacher first!) Grading Rubric: Above Average Average Below Average Needs Improvement Fitness goal is stated; F.I.T.T. Formula is used; proper exercises are chosen; spreadsheet or chart is neat and organized Fitness goal is stated; F.I.T.T. Formula is used; exercises are chosen but some are not proper; spreadsheet or chart is somewhat neat and organized Fitness goal is stated; F.I.T.T. Formula is not used or is not used properly; proper exercises are not used; spreadsheet or chart is not neat and is unorganized Fitness goal is not stated; F.I.T.T.
