Letters (single item mail and bulk mail)
Europe: all countries listed below under ‘Parcels’
in the categories EUR 1, EUR 2, EUR 3 and Russia.
World: all other countries.
International: all countries.
Parcels
EUR 1: Belgium, Denmark (not including the Faroe
Islands or Greenland), Germany, France (incl. Corsica
and Monaco), Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican
City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (including The
Balearic Islands, but excluding the Canary Islands),
United Kingdom (excluding Gibraltar, the Channel
Islands) and Sweden.
VAT on individual items of mail
The grey-shaded rates are inclusive of VAT.
The non-shaded rates are exclusive of VAT.
•Payment service (letters and parcels): for these rates
the €1,65 and € 8,30 surcharges are exclusive of VAT.
Letters and parcels that are franked using a NetSetTM
franking machine are only exclusive of VAT when you
have a contract without an annual volume discount or
a multi-annual volume discount. If you do have opted
for an annual volume discount, VAT will be charged for
domestic services.
EUR 2: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland,
Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (incl. the
Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and
the Czech Republic.
