Welcome to the 7th Annual GKA Taikai & Promotion! GKA is pleased to announce and welcome you all to the 7th Annual GKA Taikai Tournament and promotion. This year marks the 40th anniversary of GKA. GKA is proud to be holding its own Annual Taikai as well as hosting the 2017 SEUSKF tournament in October. Holt sensei founded GKA back in 1987, and has always been involved with the club until his retirement. Arai sensei has continued to grow GKA to the club that it is today. Since the inception of the GKA Annual taikai, Arai sensei has always focused on the youth and the next generation of kenshi. Last year we broke record attendance and had over 130 kenshi participating in the taikai, so let’s have a great turn out again this year!
